Soooo good. I went In for my regular acrylic. Amy D talked to me about gel x, which I had before and didn’t like it. She listened to my concerns and we talked about maybe trying it in the future. She was so informative and nice I just decided to go ahead and give it another shot with her. They look and feel amazing. She also did a great job on my pedicure. I really enjoyed her and my service.

Ambria and NAB are complete bullies. Ambria kicked me out of her chair when I asked her to fix the nail she messed up. I left the salon with bad nails and no goodbye or a thank you. Ambria literally quit half way through the appointment and she did all this ON MY BIRTHDAY. She's rude and unprofessional with a gross attitude.

My 7 year old daughter and I got our nails done and it cost us $240... we were first timers at this salon. I've never had such a terrible gel set before! It's only been a week and my polish is chipping. I routinely get a full set with gel polish monthly. I don't do anything to ruin my nails nor should gel chip... it was extremely overpriced for what we got... really disappointed...

I have been a customer of Asia's for many years and the quality and professionalism I have encountered with her cannot be beat. She and her team are extremely talented and it is a super fun environment to be around. I would highly recommend anyone to come and experience whatever service you need, they have it all.

I went in for a Pedicure, the chairs were not comfortable, they do not recline nor have massage.. they can bring you a small one but with the 90° angle you have to sit it makes for an even more uncomfortable sit. The atmosphere was nice, definitely won't be coming back for Pedicures.

Awesome GelX Nails and even better atmosphere!! Sierra soaked off my old set and created a beautiful, flawless new set. I also got a great Card grabber so I don’t have to ask for help getting my CC/debit card out of machines anymore! These ladies have thought of everything!

I could give less stars if I could. My daughter and I got our nails done. I got a pedi she got a full set. The chairs look fancy but are really uncomfortable. My nail tech was nice but seemed to have other things going on she wasn't really paying attention. Nail job was mediocre at best. My daughter's fingers got cut EVERY SINGLE ONE. The chairs for both mani and pedi are uncomfortable and inconvenient for guests. They're only aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I've only been there twice and I won't go back again. Overpriced. They don't accept credit cards, they make you use their ATM machine to pay or venmo and charge you a $3 fee without any notice

32I had a wonderful time with all my family, the services were impeccable, awesome and professiuonally done6 ... However, the young lady and the gentleman in charge could not agree on the correct and proper pricing for us all.... I hope we have a better experience, if we go again, this was our first time going here.

I went here to get birthday nails. Loved my nails but they upcharged me 70 additional dollars for chrome topcoatI I. ended up paying 200 for 130 nails. Very disappointed and will not be back. Although I loved my nail tech. Horrible

Nails came out cute, even though it was a fill. Pedicure was good. Toes done right, chrome over white gel polish. A lil pricey but worth it this time.

So I went to a neighboring nail shop with out saying I had gone here to ask if they were still going to accept credit cards and told them what I had been told and they said it was not true. I went back to speak to the owner and she would only speak to me on the phone and she told me a whole different story. She said it's up to the booth renters to let us know. In my opinion this should be posted so customers can be informed. Lying to customers is not a way to gain loyalty. I was looking for a new nail shop but it definitely won't be this one. Oh and it's posted in the windows that they accept credit cards. Dishonesty is the worst. Less

I was incredibly disappointed by this place. A friend and I walked in for some manicures and were not greeted at all. My friend actually didn't end up getting her nails done because the wait was so long (even though we were told we would be able to get ours done at the same time). The nail tech barely spoke to me and my nails came out a bit thick. If you go, I hope you have a better experience!

I’m usually the type of person that would prefer to never go back to a place and forget about an experience than waste time leaving poor reviews but I haven’t been this upset in a long time. I arrived 25 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and checked into the front desk, took a seat and waited for my appointment to come up. After almost 20 minutes of waiting after my scheduled time, I walked up to the counter to ask and the girl that checked me if everything was ok, they then realized they hadn’t checked me in at all and told me that the nail tech I had the appointment with had stepped out for an emergency. I totally understand that everyone has unforeseen circumstances come up but maybe if they had checked me in properly to begin with, I would have been notified when this person stepped out. Makes me sad because I was genuinely excited to try this place out. Less

I love the aesthetic of this salon and the ease of booking through the app. I enjoy being able to book last minute appointments if need be. I’ve seen Nora several times for a gel manicure and she always does a spectacular job. Many of the other nail techs here are talented as well. I drive clear across town to come here and it’s always worth the trip!

Since there's no pricelist how would one know if they're being charged based on one's discretion. Not happy. I called to see time of closing. They said 10pm. Got there at 9pm. They just closed.

They treat with such great Customer service they do a great job I wish I can give more then a 5 I give them a 20 star.
