We’ve had a wonderful experience at True North! The entire team is patient, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Scheduling appointments has always been easy, and they do a great job accommodating busy family schedules. The office is beautiful, modern, and up to date, making every visit a positive experience. Best of all, the results of my son’s orthodontic treatment have been fantastic. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this office!

After our pediatric dentist recommended an orthodontic consult, we didn’t know where to go. So we shopped around and had consultations at a few area orthodontic practices to compare. NOTE: doing that scan via the app does NOT detract from the top tier assessment, diagnostic, and consultation services which are all top notch.

We love True North!! My daughter’s transformation was wonderful, and now my son is a year into his treatment. The staff and Dr Hammer are so kind, and everyone has done an excellent job of explaining things throughout every step of the process!!! The office is so inviting- I love hanging out there to wait! The technology used for scanning is amazing, and the periodic scans from home are a great way for them to see progress in between visits. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

Highly recommend. They been there for any questions we had about the braces journey. Work well with my child. No hidden fees if had to cancel apt easy to work with to reschedule. We tell our friends about them. The building is clean an have a home feel not a office.
