I started getting quotes a few months ago. Karianne came out and was very transparent with me about what could be done in my price range, where things should go, etc. She made me a virtual video of my room and her design which was the best way for me to visualize her design. Other designers sent me blueprints which made it hard to see the vision. I wanted more drawers than her original vision and was willing to pay the money for it and she was excited to make another design. I fell in love with the design. I paid approximately 7k for this whole thing. The drawers are soft close, one of the shelves by the vanity slides out. It’s not that cheap wood. I would 100% recommend this company to build your dream closet.

We had a terrific experience with Portland Closet. We interviewed two companies for a Murphy bed installation. Jackson at Portland Closet was the only one to draw up exactly what we wanted to accomplish with the bed, materials, and some a/v equipment. And then the installation by Jared and Twon was beautifully done. We are very happy with all aspects of the project. Thank you!

I asked Portland Closet Company to repair several closet drawers that had broken, even though they weren't the company that originally built or supplied them (as that company had gone out of business). Ian was amazing at coming out, figuring out what needed to be done, and getting to work fixing and reinstalling each one. I would absolutely use them again for any future closet needs or repairs.

Outstanding company. We took a look at both Portland Closet Company and California Closets. Equally cordial and competent designers, but we thought PCC was a better fit in terms of product/price for what we needed. Lucas was our designer and he nailed it! Worked with us to tweak the design in order to ensure all questions/concerns were addressed, then install team knocked it out of the park.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Portland Closet Company and everyone we worked with there. From designing everything with Jackson to Ian working flexibly with our schedule and Antoine doing a fabulous job building the unit, everything was so easy and seamless.
