I was so impressed with both Courtney and Thadeus . This is only the second review i have ever felt compiled to write .However the professional service was so outstanding - that i just had to give credit where credit is due .my first contact was with Courtney . I explained that this was my first estimate and wouldn't be making a commitment that day. . She supported and made the appointment . Thadeus came out and took all the measurements - explaining what each one was for. Also with actual measurements showed why my air conditioner failed. It was sized wring( the other 2 companies that i got estimate's from confirmed ) he spent 2 hours telling me why i needed upsized vents and how many. . I asked technical questions and he answered correctly . Which didnt happen with one of the other companies. As i know from my research the Actual brand chosen is not as important as the installation being done correctly . I have faith that this company knows what its doing and takes pride !
