I posted a request for service of my condensing unit. Thadeus was out to my home within a day or 2. He took my 23 year old system apart. Found there were multiple issues. I requested a quote which came back to me that afternoon. I ordered the replacement unit. It was here within a week along with a new blower/evaporator/heater. Was up and running shortly there after. Cannot thank them enough since they responded quickly, had the answers I needed, and the unit actually cool my house better than it has ever been cool before. (Prior to the install, It was 88 degrees every night when I tried to go to bed). All the fans in the house could not cool the rooms. When they left my house was cooled to 76 degrees F. Major kudos to all who were part of this successful process.

I’ve searched for a great AC / Heating company for years. My search has finally ended. This is, hands down, the best company I’ve ever worked with. My AC unit broke down during the hottest time of the year and they did their absolute best to install a whole new unit within a week. Do yourself a favor and give them your business. You won’t regret it.

I got a few estimates for adding AC before asking Lowe's. SoCal was the only contractor that included the permit and they still offered the best price.The rep was very professional and thorough, and helpful throughout.The install was around ten days after signing the contract. The two installers were courteous and knowledgeable and the foreman was happy to discuss everything. They didn't dilly-dally at all.Best of all, it's working!!I had a great experience with SoCal.

I have 2 persons here working one of them vas very carefully to not get carpet dirty he put same shoes cover on but the other on just walk all over with his dirty boots left all kind of marks on the carpet (stairs) they weren’t able to cover all the way the stairs ( I think they didn’t have enough cover up)and I wasn’t home at the beginning when thy started working!!Any way thy where here around 7 hours, was lots of work, hope everything goes well …Sorry i can’t ad any foto! I ask for but don’t receive it yet!!!
