Ashley provided fantastic customer service in helping me return a large bulky package. She answered my concerns and questions about returning the package back to sender and reviewed the company’s return policy with me to help ensure my package would get back within the guidelines they sent. I dislike returning products often but I am glad to get it done with the friendly staff at Direct Mail

I use Direct Mail Services pretty regularly. they are my go to for sending faxes, making copies & shipping. They are Quick, knowledgeable, Friendly. Very helpful. Store is always clean. My kids love the snacks & looking at all the cool stuff for sale.

Came to drop off a FedEX return and it was so easy! They even had a bag for my goods since I came unprepared.They have lots more in the store than just mailing. Definitely worth a look, mostly around the holidays for some sweet gifts!
