Scheduling was easy with quick service when we needed it in just days. They were careful and did an excellent job, returning our carpet to like new condition and with a pleasant fresh scent at a reasonable price. We have a 26 year old wool rug that we absolutely love. It needed replaced but we could not find anything we liked. We rolled the dice to see if it would clean up enough to squeak a little more time out of it and they did a FANTASTIC job! It's beautiful again! They totally turned a sow's ear into a silk purse! Worth EVERY cent! These folks clearly love what they do! :)

I had two rooms of carpet cleaned following a big snowstorm. There were problems with frozen equipment, but reinforcements were called in (owner), and the job was completed in a timely manner. I have used Steam Action for years and I have never been disappointed in their work. Nathan is amazing and a true professional.
