We had a gorgeous stay at the cottage. It was just as we had hoped and more. The location was very peaceful and attached to the wonderful butchers arms restaurant. Would highly recommend ❤️

Wonderful 2 night stay, the accommodation was perfect for 2 adults and a toddler. The cottage was spotless and really well stocked with cooking essentials. Milk and juice provided which was a nice touch plus some delicious home made soda bread. Whilst we didn't have the opportunity to visit the pub next door, the menu looks delicious so we'll definitely return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay and had a fabulous meal at The Butcher's Arms on Wednesday evening. A real treasure and with lots of things to do within a short drive from the property. Excellent communication from Jo before and during our stay, she couldn't have done any more. Thank you :-)

Jo was a warm and friendly host, welcoming us in person on arrival. The cottage is beautiful, warm and inviting with all the necessities needed for our stay. We had some lovely routes to walk our dog too. The cottage is a short drive from Gloucester Town and many other lovely surrounding villages. Thank you Jo, we hope to return again in the future 😊

we were attending a conference at Hartbury College and Jo's place is nearby. from the point of booking thru to check in, Jo replied quickly. we have a very nervous dog and Jo sent extra photos etc before we checked in to make sure he would be ok. He loved it, the pub next door is amazing (also run by Jo) the staff so friendly. but its so peaceful and quiet. we had a really wonderful time and we will be back!!

The cottage was everything that you would need for a chilled weekend away. The fridge was stocked when we arrived. Great location and Jo-Anne really looked after us. We had dinner in the Butchers Arms and Jo-Anne and the girls were very accommodating. Highly recommend.

We had a really lovely stay at Jo’s cottage. We’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnb’s and Jo as a host and her cottage are definitely up with the best. The cottage had everything we needed and is in a fantastic location with many footpaths and dog walks right from the door, the pub next door is great too, we had a fantastic meal there. We plan to return and we’re already looking forward to it. Thankyou Jo, great job.

Spacious cottage with a bedroon big enough for a travel cot kindly provided by Jo-Anne. We are in the pub the night we arrived and had an amazing meal. Would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

What a picturesque spot. Great location..close to lots of walks and more importantly next to the pub. We enjoyed a stunning meal at the Butchers Arms and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Very cute cottage . Very homely and clean .

Gorgeous little cottage right next to the country pub. We went walking in the Malverns which is 20mins drive away. The food from the pub next door was excellent and Jo was a really friendly and helpful host.

Half Pint Cottage was amazing - it had everything we needed for a relaxing and peaceful break. Jo-Anne's communication was excellent; she made it clear that she was on hand to answer any questions we might have, whilst also leaving us space to enjoy getting away from it all. We would definitely stay here again in the future! :o)

Great stay here, quiet place just what we wanted. Everything you need in facility, we did however forget shampoo etc so had to pop to shop but it’s very close. Beautiful treacle bread left for us with orange juice & milk etc. A slight smell of sewage outside front door but it passed. Beautiful countryside around house. Could not rate the food in Hunger Arms high enough, little more pricey than usual eateries but this is a real treat & gem with good wine selection. Good location also for travelling parts of the Cotswolds.

Quaint, peaceful and well looked after cottage next to a beautiful pub. Jo was a fabulous host - we arrived to fresh bread baked in the pub that day, juice and milk in the fridge, and lots of extras we weren't expecting. Would highly recommend!

Spent two lovely days at the cottage. It was 'home from home' - what more can you say. Jo-Anne is a most welcoming host. She is keen to make sure you enjoy your time at the cottage. We ate on both nights at the next door Butchers Arms which is a delightful village pub serving excellent food with a very friendly atmosphere. It thoroughly deserves its Michelin Plate award, at least ! We look forward to a return visit.Liz Phillips

The Cottage at Butchers Arms in Eldersfield is the ultimate home away from home. Beautifully appointed with lovely furnishings including a very comfortable bed, my wife & I felt so lucky to have found a sanctuary where we could rest & recover from our busy days - walking, visiting family, touring farms and dining out. The Cottage is very central to everything on offer in Tweksbury, Forthampton, Cheltenham, Upton upon Severn, Alston, Broadway, Stow on the wold etc. And if you do manage to get a booking for the Butchers Arms, the food and hospitality is second to none. Jo, is a very respectful & personable host and responds very quickly to requests. We stayed for 10 days and found it difficult too say goodbye, I will miss my black berries for breakfast! Thanks Jo x x

We have just returned from a lovely few days at the cottage. It was spotlessly clean and as it was a bit chilly the first night, we asked if we could have a heater which Jo-Anne brought over immediately. She also brought us over delicious coffees when we asked. Unfortunately the pub was closed while we were there, but hopefully we will return another time and make sure it is when the Butchers Arms is open.Would definitely recommend if you want to stay in this area.
