He was super cool, honest, and straightforward about the whole process.The crazy part is we had a trip across the country booked for literally the next day. I am so impressed with Eric at Rally Point! I had a leak behind my washer in the laundry room that was causing some mold through the wall to the exterior. He came within an hour's notice of reaching out. He found the problem areas and was so good at explaining what he was doing and gave me options on how to proceed with the repair. I had three different remediation companies come out to give me a bid (Dry Force, PuroClean, and Capital Area Restoration Services), and all three of them failed follow up after their visit, even after I reached out no less than three times to each of them.Rally Point was recommended to me and I couldn't have been happier. They were on-time every day. They worked late when they needed to. They were meticulous about sealing off the work areas. They were respectful of my space while I worked from home. Their work area was cleaned every night before they left. Eric (the owner) always answered calls or texts immediately, and was happy to come meet with my adjuster to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. He and his staff were always cordial and called me sir.I don't know if I've ever written a review on Google; if I have, it's exceptionally rare, but Rally Point was worth taking the time to write about. I can’t recommend Rally Point Restoration enough. They did fantastic work and were able to come out immediately for the restoration. I have also never seen a repairman clean up after a job as thoroughly as my technician did. There was literally no evidence that drywall had been removed - no trace of dust. Another selling point for this company is that they treat you like a human, not just a customer. Eric set me up with a very reasonable payment plan that fit into my budget. He also texted me in December and let me know that he didn’t expect a payment and to have a merry Christmas. As a single mom of four, that text literally made me cry. This company is evidence that there are still good people in the world. They have made a lifelong customer out of me.
