I was at the main location today doing some annual inventory work at the bin, and just wanted to say that I was so taken back by the professionalism and friendliness that I experienced. The lady at the front desk was so helpful with the key and gaining access. i totally recommend this place above all other storage facilities because they completely have their act together and it shows on a number of levels.
