Joel and his team came out and did an inspection of our house. They were courteous, professional, thorough, and most importantly, competent. We take maintenance of our house seriously and spend a lot of money and effort keeping the house in order. Even so, Joel and his team found several areas that needed attention, which we will repair as soon as possible. One issue was the A/C connection running to the house. Joel said that the new code required it to be sunlight resistant since they tend to degrade. When I checked with my A/C guy, he confirmed the new code and is replacing the cord. This is something I never would have caught or even thought of. Bottom line, ACL is the real deal and I recommend them.

So, you need a home inspection ( to get insurance or evaluate condition of your property) and you are wondering who can help?That was us, we looked around, got a recommendation and found ACL Home Inspections. We called and left a message, they called us back 10 min later. We explained our situation and asked a few questions about how this works. We liked what we hear and set a date.They showed up at our home in Panacea on time, (can you believe that) they were very professional and got to work. I just stayed out of the way and it was all done in a little over an hour.Then that afternoon we got our report via email. We had a few minor things to fix, it was completed and they updated our final report. All done. I wish everything would work like this!So call ACL and stop wasting your time. They will get it done!
