He is punctual, technical/tactically proficient, and keeps the customer informed at every step of the Roofing Process. Finally, he ensures that after the job is complete that the home is free of debris and work related material. In laymen's terms he left my yard spotless and my beloved plants unharmed.Percy's integrity is unmatched as a Roofer. He separated himself from the two other highly recommended companies by;1) Only accepting 1st down $payment$ AFTER permit application submitted and on file2) FL LIC# easily accessible on website, and Conducts Roof consultation in person, rather that having a 'slick' Roofing Salesman represent his company.3) Provides a straight forward contract and quote rather than a document smothered in 'legalese'. The other companies made promises that the written contract did not support.4) Personally, supervises and directs team on site so that clients requests are executed efficiently and as promised.5) Conducts final sit down to insure client has Passed Roof permit/inspection record #, documents, and ability to send info to Home Insurance company/underwriter.I thank P & G Roofing Contractors Corp for the great work done replacing my roof.
