Auto Additions

UPDATE: The response from the business said I would be contacted within 48 hours. That did not happen. I had to call, twice. Eventually I received a call saying they were sending me a gas card to compensate me, which I thought was a nice gesture. Just received the card and it has $25 on it which feels like a slap in the face. I also did not receive the “goodwill credit” that was promised either. I would not trust a business that cannot follow up on promises, but at least they made a tiny effort. The dealership did not, but instead asked me to delete the review or they would not help me.Ordered a brand new Ford Bronco through Coughlin and Auto Additions was recommended for customizations. Ordered a grill, window tint, new wheels, leather seats, and a lift kit. Took them about a month to install everything. No biggie. Finally get the car and noticed they put the wrong grill on, and for some reason, swapped out the headlights as well. Then I noticed the leather in a back seat had significant wrinkles in it (see photo). So I let the dealership know and after 2 days of driving it, had to send it back to auto additions to have these things fixed.Got the vehicle back about 5 days later and after driving it for a couple more days I noticed the speedometer was off by about 15MPH. I then started receiving all sorts of service alerts on the dashboard. I also realized the 3rd break light was not extended to accommodate the larger spare wheel, but instead was just bent backward by whoever put the spare on (see photo). Notified the dealership again and had to take it back to the dealership to have auto additions fix these issues.A few days later I pick the Bronco up again. At this point the vehicle had over 600 miles on it, mostly from strangers driving my new car and from the trips i had to take to take it back and forth. I drive it for a few more days and realize the speedometer was still off by 15MPH and I was still receiving service alerts on the dashboard. Notified the dealership, again, and was told to bring it to them and have the dealer techs look into it. Surprise, they weren’t able to fix it either. The speedometer was still off by a significant amount, the service alerts were still popping up, and I had now noticed that an alignment was never done after they did the lift so my wheels were cambered and wearing unevenly. Finally I make one final trip to auto additions to have these things corrected. I ask for a manager and I tell him my entire experience and the response I got was basically “sorry about that. we will try to fix it.”I also let the guy know that I needed to know as soon as possible if the vehicle wasn’t going to be done within a few hours because my pregnant wife would have to make the 40 minute drive to come pick me up if not. I sat in the lobby for 4 hours before I decided to go to the counter and ask for an update. They said it would be awhile so I had my wife come get me.I returned the following morning to pick up the car and while everything officially appears to be corrected, the inside and outside were both disgustingly dirty from whoever was driving it, my brand new car now has over 1k miles on it, i have spent 8+ hours driving back and forth, wasted a ton of gas, and inconvenienced my family severaltimes all for mistakes that were not my own. I was not offered anything to make my experience right. I spent over $11k for these add-ons and the experience was one of, if not the absolute worst customer experience i’ve ever been on the receiving end of. Every time I ran into an issue, i was severely inconvenienced and made to feel like i was somehow being annoying.Terrible, terrible customer service.
