My 1st appointment for an evaluation/consultation was very positive. The entire staff was friendly and professional . I didn’t have any wait time. There was some unexpected work that needed to be done immediately, they accommodated for me and got the work done on the same day because I’m from out of town. I am a RN of 20 years who has worked in different hospitals and seen plenty of procedures, I can attest that Dr Stone and her staff are competent and legit. I would recommend them to anyone, and I look forward to continuing my care with them. If your insurance policy does not cover your claim, it’s not their fault, they do all they can to get it approved. Hopefully, we get some insurance reform policies soon in this country. Less

We had an amazing experience. My 16 year old daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. I loved that I was able to complete her paperwork online and prior to the visit. Her prescriptions were sent in the day before so we didn’t have to run around the day of trying to get them. When we arrived the staff was very prompt, kind and extremely caring. My daughter has a major fear of needles so her blood pressure shot up before getting her IV. Everyone was patient and they were able to calm her down. The procedure itself was quick and efficient. I received follow up calls checking on her, when I called to ask questions afterwards the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I never felt like an inconvience, I felt like they all truly cared about my girl as much as I do. If I had questions that needed a doctors response they actually called me back within minutes with a resolution. I’m going to schedule my other daughter to get her wisdom teeth removed from here because it’s the only place I’ll ever trust and I’ll definitely recommend them.
