Friendly and encouraging instructors and participants make classes fun and rewarding at CrossFit 1808. Modifications for injured parts, and encouragement to strive for improvement have helped me gain strength and increase fitness while avoiding further injury. I always look forward to learning the varied movements and skills that keep CrossFit fresh and challenging.

Great atmosphere. Great people. Great gym. If you need to make working out a simplistic, this is the place. Show up, do the group workout, head home. It’s been great for me with my young kids and I like not having to think about what I’m doing each day. Highly recommend.

I was nervous to join a gym. But this gym is amazing. The coaches are behind you, supporting you, and pushing you to do more. Doesn't matter where you are in your journey, they cater to your level. I look forward to every class. I have completed by 30th class.

I respect and appreciate the coaches at 1808 CrossFit. I attend the Legends classes for those who are 50 years or older and have been very successful at improving my strength, balance and endurance. Having just completed my 50th class, I can highly recommend joining 1808 CrossFit!

Coach Tanya Cockrell has been absolutely fantastic introducing me back into my body's strength & self will. Without a priority regimen of physical fitness for some time, Tanya's genuine & personal attentiveness & focus in just the first few sessions made big, needed differences for me. How I feel, body - mind - & spirit, has made all the difference, 24/7. Endorphins, the good, healthy, muscle soreness, oooooh my guuuysch it's been way too long & feels so great! My husband Bryan encouraged me to do the 1-to-1 personal training and boy am I thankful! Tanya's simply incredible. I'm very excited getting back into physical fitness, strength building, better quality of sleep, improved stress management, & the overall good health & physicality perks. I visited Crossfit1808 for their first Hyrox Simulation. All the staff were extremely welcoming, kind, encouraging and the event was very organized! The goodie bag was such a nice surprise as well. I feel way more prepared for Hyrox Chicago here in about a month! I will definitely be returning for future events.
