Update: we have now used 406 Home Inspections twice and have loved them both times. We’ll use them again and again! We were so impressed with 406 Home Inspection Pros and Ryan. He answered all of our questions and really took his time to be thorough with the house and found some really important things that others may have missed. A good home inspection will save you a load of heartache when done well and I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a high-quality inspection run by people with a lot of integrity.10/10

Aaron provided exceptional service and thorough review of my grandmothers dated home. From health concerns to structural integrity he covered everything and is the only inspection service I would use in the Flathead. Local, moral, and genuinely cares.

Lead Inspector David I did a great job. Technically competent! In his debrief he explained everything very clearly and made sure we understood him completely.

Aaron at 406 made incredible notes and took photos of everything about the structure we are talking about purchasing in Polson. Very thorough and easy to work with. Reasonable prices and timely inspection.
