My father and I were extremely pleased with the job that Zappa Excavation completed for us around an area where we had a pole barn constructed. We had a bad experience with another company that was to complete all of the grade work and drainage control after the construction was completed. They would not return to complete the project. I contacted Tony and he immediately came out to look at the area. We discussed our needs for access into and around the barn. Also how we wanted the area to look when completed. Tony evaluated the work and proposed some additional ideas that we had considered. In just a short time he moved his equipment to the project site. In just 3 days he completed the grading, drainage control and had the gravel spread around the barn area. We were very excited when we saw the finished product. GREAT WORK!!! My father made the comment to me “I believe Tony has done this before.” Lol🤣. Yes, I believe so.

Pictures will never be able to capture the beautiful transformation of our property since hiring Tony Zappa. My husband and I were truly overwhelmed with the amount of mud and water our property endured when raining, our property was truly a wetland. We are blessed to have found such an amazing, talented, and definitely an expert at his trade. I will definitely continue utilizing his expertise in the future for all excavation and landscaping needs.

Wonderful experience with Zappa Excavation and Land Clearing. He listened to my needs and ideas and delivered a solution to my grading and water problems. He was extremely efficient and finished on time and on budget. We are completely satisfied with his work and would recommend him to friends and family! Tony is an artist and a master craftsman.
