Had the pleasure of training with Coach Steven. He is very knowledgeable and created a customised plan that matched my goals and limitations. He helped me push my limits with a progressive overload plan while still focusing on technique and tempo. Thanks to his coaching, I have hit multiple new PRs and feel much more confident in the gym.

Steve has been absolutely amazing in the delivery of multiple programs run by ADEC. We required a PT, someone to do Nutrition and incorporate exercise that all abilities could manage. Steve not only provided the variety of elements required for our programs, but he is extremely efficient and is able to build a connecting relationship with participants, so they feel supported, able and confident of success. I've had participants ask if Steve can come back and do more workshops as they found his sessions to be really helpful and fun. Steve honestly goes over and beyond in planning and ensuring he understands the core objectives.
