Update (July 2026): We’ve continued using Beyond Expectations for our home and the service has remained excellent! Our home is always sparkling clean and since Sierra became the new manager, she’s been fantastic to work with. She’s very responsive, proactive, and always quick to answer any questions or help with scheduling. It’s such a relief knowing we can rely on her and the team to keep our property in great shape!As owners of a rental property on St. Simons, it was very difficult to find a cleaning company that we trusted and that was reliable until we found Beyond Expectations. Beyond Expectation is the most professional, organized and truly incredible cleaning company we have ever used. They were super responsive and helpful coming in to give us an estimate for a deep clean and then sending the estimate with easy to use online forms to book and pay. And they arrived 2 days later with a team of 8 and worked diligently until our home was sparkling clean. Honestly one of the best customer experiences I have ever had!
