AC went out last night around 9. Got lucky after calling Advance since they had just had a cancellation. Technician showed up around 10. Had the bad capacitor diagnosed quickly. Still took the time to check out the entire unit and my second unit while he was here. Would call them again.

Originally had another company out to diagnose problems we were having with our HVAC unit. While their diagnosis ended up being correct, their repair estimate was astronomical. Found out Advanced was the recommended Carrier dealer here and reached out to them for a second opinion. Jordan came out and did a very thorough inspection, ultimately arriving at the same conclusion as the first company. The estimate for the work was much better however (beating the original bid by over $1,000). Advanced was able to get the parts quickly and get the repair scheduled fast. The repair itself was extensive (needed a new coil, new damper motors, and a new bypass duct), and took about 6 hours; but Jordan and Philip were exceedingly professional despite working that long in an attic in the heat. We were very impressed with their courtesy and their workmanship, and their estimate ended up being accurate to the final bill. Would happily choose to do business with Advanced again and highly recommend both Jordan and Philip.

Jordan was our tech, and was able to fine a small wire fix on a 2021 unit that costed $200 rather than quality who quoted us 13k to replace the whole system when it didn’t work properly.
