Dettori Publishing

This was my first time self-publishing (my last two books were with a publisher) so I assumed hiring a typesetter meant handing over my manuscript, having it placed on a page and that was it. I figured that as a self-published author I'd be at the bottom of the list, with no real relationship with my typesetter.
Working with Ann and Renée was the total opposite. They took my Word document of 'Just Two Minutes' and created something so beautiful, with formatting and design touches I never would have thought of, that the first time I saw it I burst into tears of happiness.
And then there was the service. Ann was so communicative with every email answered promptly, every change met with 'no problem,' and even my rookie mistake was received with a calm 'Don't panic, we'll fix it.'
Working with Ann feels like having a mentor. Going into self-publishing, I felt like I was in the safest hands and I ended up with a book that looks like it came from a major publishing house, which is exactly what I wanted.
If you're reading this review, you're probably looking for someone to work on your book. My advice: stop looking. The level of service, creativity, and care you'll receive is beyond anything you'd imagine and like me, you'll be raving about Dettori Publishing to all your friends.
