Leilani Serrao-Baker was featured in Keycrew Journal in April, 2026 and she is right on, as a real estate agent in high-cost markets, real estate is becoming a relationship business again! It’s a good thing we trusted Leilani Serrao-Baker to handle our real estate sale in Dana Point, CA. We were back and forth constantly trying to figure out; do we sell now? later? how much? how little? When will be the right time for us? The roller coaster was getting stressful and we needed to move forward. We talked with Leilani one day and explained to her where we were at, she replied that she had at least three couples who would be interested in buying our home, in our area, AND we could do it OFF-MARKET! We needed a hassle-free sale and Leilani made that happen every step of the way.She knows the market and stays up to date, but the most important thing? Having the actual contacts and talking to people to see where they are in the mix. She was able to match us to the family who bought our home at a price that was great for us, and for them. It was a win-win! In our opinion, it’s the best way to go buying or selling. Give her a call, you won’t regret it.

Leilani did an exceptional job for us to land in our dream neighborhood/home. She facilitated an off market opportunity in a neighborhood that very rarely has homes become available within our budget. To top it off, we had to sell the house we were in within a specific time frame for a specific price for the whole operation to work. This was all done during the Christmas holiday season. She did an excellent job and we'd highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about achieving their real estate goals. Thank you very much.John and Erin

We came to Leilani with an almost impossible scenario and she delivered 110%. She was very transparent from the start and eager to take on the challenge we gave her. And it payed off. She helped us find our dream home, in our budget , in a neighborhood that never has turnover, in the middle of the holidays. Plus, having to sell our current home and time perfectly with the purchase of our new home was no easy feat. She was always respectful of our time and carefully did her work with minimal disruption to our young family.I truly believe she is the reason we were able do the impossible. Her professionalism, attention to detail, local relationships, and overall strategy makes her the best of the best! We could not have done it without her.

Leilani is a knowledgeable, creative and skilled negotiator all rolled up into one personable and lovely individual. She stood by us through the long process of reading our home for sale, through a closing threatened by last minute buyer issues, weather related inspection delays and the COVID lockdown! She kept her cool when I often lost mine. She was able to negotiate a price well above our original asking price, and she staged the home so beautifully, that I almost wanted to stay! A seller cannot go wrong with Leilani as your representative!

When choosing a real estate agent/advisor I look for three principal characteristics: knowledge, dedication and truthfulness. Leilani exhibits all three in a special blend. She knows her market intimately and is able to save time by prescreening possibilities based on her client's priorities. Her dedication to you as her client is impressive. She responds immediately to questions and works hard to ensure she keeps updated on market developments. Importantly she is also not afraid to point out her concerns and discuss possible negative aspects of properties. All in all, she was all I had hoped for and more. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

She guided with honesty and full transparency, looking out for our best interest above all else, and shared her vast knowledge about every step of the process in easy to understand terminology. I highly recommend her.
