De Grace is a miracle worker. Her knowledge, skill care and genuine dedication to healing the body through therapy is amazing. Her healing energy along with her intentional touch is what makes her truly one of a kind. I had chronic shoulder pain and I am very active doing hot yoga 4-5 times a week. She worked with me to isolate all activities I was doing to create my injury and one by one together we improved them. I am grateful to know that I have a partner in my corner who can help me stay active, so I can live a healthy life and feel good while continuing to push the limit physically. Dr. Villaver is an excellent practitioner with many incredible skills to heal your pain physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. From the moment the session started, Dr. Grace was professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in my progress. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood both the purpose of each exercise and how it would help my recovery.What really stood out was her hands-on approach and attention to detail. Grace is fantastic! I had suffered from lower back pain for years after falling off a playground as a child and later a car accident. After one appointment my back felt amazing. I’ve gone back to see Grace for multiple other ailments over the years and I cannot recommend her enough. Whether it’s for injury recovery or maintenance, I know I’m going to be taken care of. She’s also worked with my son and took amazing care explaining to him what she was working and why.
