I had McCullough Tree Services remove one large nuisance oak and significantly trim three other mature oaks, and they exceeded my expectations from start to finish.The office was great to work with. They may not always answer the phone immediately, but they got back to me very quickly every time. The estimator was a straight shooter, clearly knew her stuff, and because of her expertise we were able to save three other trees that I had originally thought might need to come down. They handled necessary steps with the county and utilities, and made it easy.I was honestly very worried about damage and emotional about removing the oak, and the entire crew was incredibly patient and understanding. They took the time to address all of my concerns, including reassuring me that there were no active nests or baby wildlife before beginning. They even cut a few slices from the oak for me to keep, which meant more than they probably realize.The crew worked quickly, left my property spotless, and there was absolutely no damage. One thing I especially appreciated was that they asked me to inspect everything and made sure I was completely satisfied before they packed up their equipment.Tree work can be surprisingly emotional, especially when tree lives matter to you, but McCullough made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for tree removal or trimming.I did encounter some frustrating issues with the stump grinding and cleanup process and was not very happy with them for several days, but McCullough made a genuine effort afterward to address my concerns, and I believe that deserves to be acknowledged.

A few days ago we called McCullough Tree Service to ask about removing two very large Norfolk Island pine trees and trim the Oak Tree that was almost touching the Pine trees on our property. The company sent out a certified arborist by the name of Karen. She explained everything that would need to be done and answered many questions I had patiently without rushing. We decided to hire McCullough, and they scheduled the work for three days later. The crew arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently, took great care to do the job safely, and completely cleaned up the yard when they were finished. It looked like the two pine trees had never even been there, and the Oak tree was trimmed excellently. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable tree service, I highly recommend McCullough Tree Service.

McCullough tree service is an honest and professional company. They could have made a lot of money by removing a tree that my husband and I thought was dead but Instead just told us how to help it because they felt like we could save it. Karen was helpful and kind and they didn’t even charge me for coming out. They were also a recommendation from someone who had a great experience with them.

Excellent is an understatement. Quoted a reasonable price by Karen for my Norfolk triple stem tree that was 50+ foot. It was also at an awkward angle grazing my fence so it was a bit nerve racking to see if it would fall in the right direction. The guys were QUICK and reliable! Came exactly when they said they would, done in about 3 hours and cleaned up like nothing happened. Wouldn’t even bother to go with another company. So glad I trusted them and went with them. wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them whole heartedly.

Amazing service provided by McCullough Tree Orlando. Karen assessed two Oak trees which consumed my front and back yard and a mango tree that we thought we lost after the unexpected freeze in central Florida. She set a fare rate and recommendations. What was even more impressive is their work. They did a beautiful cut to my oak tree leaving a cascading view. Providing shade and privacy. Completed a deep root fertilizing treatment for mango tree, which I'm excited and looking forward to fruit next season. Friendly and hardworking crew who knew just what to do. Prompt scheduling, cutting and clean-up. I'm very happy I went with you folks. Highly recommend and looking forward to future trimmings. Thank you, everything looks Great 😀

It's that time of the year when my 7 palms need to be trimmed for Hurricane season, and who did I call, a 3rd year in a row, McCullough. They did such a great job. They did an awesome job on the palms, they cleaned up.. Another great experience!! Highly recommend.
