Just moved from the West Coast to the East Coast, learning a lot about what needs to be down with lawn care, irrigation and winterizing. Jim is great! Not only did he explain things to me but he helped me understand the why it needs to be done. Great customer service. I liked that he wasn’t trying to squeeze every penny out of me to what needs to be done. I appreciated all the knowledge and help.
