Cruz, the owner, is the best home improvement customer service I've ever experienced! I've encountered and hired all types and variations of services, being an owner of my home for over 20 years. However, Cruz is the most excellent in his character, humble compassion, flexibility, kindest, and all the best decorum one can think of. I prefer him over Tom Cruz, haha lol!I'm looking forward to the roof replacement from - Cruz's company, I've hired him for. I know I'm in absolute safe hands, unlike many - not all.... other home services I had hired in the past with horrendous and regretful costly service. Thank you Cruz.

Cruz and his team did a Excellent job replacing my roof on main and guest house. The guys came worked hard and was thorough. Very happy with the process and the outcome. Definitely recommend this company, the owner is honest and just an overall great guy you want handling such a big commitment and project. Had several estimates and he was not only one of the most affordable quotes but also gave me great confidence in his ability to do it right and I wasn't disappointed at all, which is hard to say these days. After watching neighbor after neighbor getting a new roof, I had a lot of trepidation. Hermes allayed all my fears. Removing old tiles was the loudest & messiness. The noise was bearable & my outside driveway, pool etc were covered so crew had little problem cleaning up. Entire crew helped clean up at end of each work day. Nails were my biggest fear with dogs & children. Over the entire duration of work we found only 2 nails in grass.Everyone was very professional.I strongly recommend them. They will be starting their 3rd roof in our neighborhood soon.
