I came to Dr. Aliev with 20+ years of chronic knee issues stemming from torn ACL injuries I sustained as a teenager. Additionally, I had a new small meniscus tear from playing basketball that had recently stopped me from running and doing other exercise I was used to. Therefore, I was not super optimistic about how much better my knee could get based on previous PT experiences and conversations I’d recently had with doctors. Anar’s response? “This will be fun!” And honestly, it was a joy. Within just a few visits, my knee pain subsided exponentially. After a couple months, I was able to do activities pain free that hadn’t been pain free for decades (I wish I was exaggerating!) When some issues with my foot cropped up, Anar worked in exercises to address that as well. Over my time there, Anar provided meticulous and targeted care to address my specific issues that progressively made me stronger and better than before. I’ve returned now to all the activities I love and I also know how to better manage my own mobility and strength in a way that is sustainable for me long-term. I can’t recommend Pocket Physio enough!

Save your money and your time. I came here with high hopes, unfortunately the care team, is more concerned with trying to get you to schedule visits, than actual provide quality care.I came here for three visits there was no continuity between visits and i was given little instructions on a care plan.When i shared my concerns with the patient coordinator Nate, he seemed more concerned with getting me to schedule more visits than actually hear my feedback. There are plenty of PT places in city and many are just interested in the bottom line than actual patient care and experience, this is one of them.Also approach some of these reviews withskepticism, their patient coordinator, who is employed at this practice, left a review as if he is an actual patient.

I can't recommend Dr. Anar Aliev at Pocket Physio enough. I went to him with a herniated disc that had me in excruciating back pain. He quickly identified the problem, gave me targeted exercises, corrected my form, and within just two days I was back to feeling normal.What really stood out was his genuine care. Dr. Aliev also checked in on how I was doing mentally and followed up afterward, which made a huge difference in my recovery. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate physical therapist who gets results, Dr. Anar Aliev and Pocket Physio are outstanding.

I saw Dr. Anar for a severe issue with my neck, traps, and upper back. The results were immediate. By the following day, my pain was down to almost zero.Since that initial recovery, we have shifted focus to posture, mobility, and range of motion. He is highly professional and actually listens. He stays focused on my specific goals and addresses every concern I bring up. I highly recommend him if you want a PT who delivers measurable results.

Anar is the best PT I've ever worked with. As a former collegiate - and now pro - athlete, I've seen my fair share of injuries. Anar looks at rehabilitation holistically, focusing on MUCH more than just the point of injury. I'm confident every time that I walk in that he is going to listen and make positive adjustments. His approach is highly specialized to the individual, his ability to offer modifications is unparalleled, and his knowledge of body mechanics is off the charts!
