Pulled a bad injury playing soccer, and Dr. Aliev did a proper assessment, identified issues that I was facing and tailor made my plan of care, and the pain I was dealing with went down immediately while also incorporating current day evidence based practices in his treatment and care to help strengthen the surrounding area of my injury. Anar is the man! He not only helped me rehab a really badly sprained ankle, but showed me where the weaknesses in my legs were that led the injury, and taught me exercises to correct them and prevent future injuries. Because of Anar I was able to recover in time to run the NYC marathon. I’m forever grateful and I fully recommend Anar to anyone looking for a patient, empathetic expert in their corner.

Dr. Anar literally put me back together. I came to him after years of sitting and bad posture and lifting weights with poor form. He spent time with me not only focusing on structural and postural changes, but he helped me overhaul my at-home workspace, my mattress & pillow choices and everything else that contributes to a healthy environment.
