Marius did a dormer loft conversion for me and I cannot recommend him highly enough. His attention to detail and ability to spot problems with space / position / design concepts before they materialise goes above and beyond. He ended up saving a lot of time and money on things that would have gone wrong based on the original architects design. I am so happy with the final loft bedroom we have. He also managed to make a full bathroom work on a very small and low roof. Whenever I suggested anything I’d like to have, he would spend so much thought trying to make it work even when it wasn’t obvious (moving a door round, putting an extra spindle in the stairs to save space etc). He also is a genuinely calm, kind and lovely person so always a delight to have round when he was checking on progress.

I couldn’t be happier with the loft conversion carried out by Marius and his team. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable and hardworking, and the quality of the work was excellent.Marius was great at communicating throughout the project and was always happy to answer questions or discuss any changes. His team were friendly, respectful and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail

I must say Marius and Dita did a great job on my parents' loft conversion. Constantly communicating with us all, and even when challenges came, they always had a plan and followed through.

Having massive renovations done in my home I was anxious in the beginning, but I didn’t need to be as the builders were very professional and polite and were very tidy and efficient with all the works. Marius kept us updated with the schedule of works and always responded to any queries we had in a timely manner. We are extremely happy with our loft conversion and happy we chose Creative home spaces to fulfil this for us. I have already recommended them to my friends who are interested in doing loft conversions too.

Lovely L shaped loft conversion done by the team at creative home spaces. Went by very smoothly and was kept up to date with the process the whole time. Definitely recommend them for a loft conversion
