My son absolutely loves training here and always looks forward to his classes. Mr. Jones is a wonderful instructor. He is patient, kind, friendly, and really knows how to connect with the kids while helping them learn and improve. The boxing coach is also great, and my son really enjoys training with him. It’s nice to see how much he enjoys both MMA and boxing and how comfortable he feels with his coaches. We’ve had such a positive experience here and are very happy with the training and the welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Mr. Jones and the entire coaching team to other families!

My daughter has been taking classes with Mr. Jones for a little over a month now and I’m so happy we signed her up. Mr. Jones is great with the kids, he lets them have fun while learning to be confident and defend themselves all while keeping the kids in line. The discipline is wonderful and I’m noticing my daughter become more confident in herself and her skills day by day. She loves going to the gym.Update: signed up my second daughter for mma recently and even more impressed with the team! We love being part of the mma family and look forward to years to come.
