Finding a service provider who is honest and tells you that things are actually working fine can speak even louder to me than one who tells me all the things they think I need to fix. The service I received from the technician was very good and professional. * I struggled to put up this post because I feel I was dealt with so kindly. But after giving it a bit of thought I also feel I could be doing others a bit of dis service for NOT sharing my 'complete' experience. Though the work was great; I simply felt it was a bit pricey. I provided close to all of the hardware to be installed, including fittings and lines (I had 2 new under the sink water filters to be installed and the garage disposal that I had taken down to be reinstalled). A couple of minor small parts were provided by the technician. The time spent was not over 2 hours: The cost - $919.00 I would estimate the cost for the provided parts to be roughly $20.00 Perhaps this would be considered a 'fair' amount for basic plumbing work in this region; for that was 'all' I saw in the reviews. As I spoke to him, I could tell that he was honestly empathetic and wanted me to feel that I was treated 'fairly'. I can see that there operation is focused on quality and do it right type of work which I feel is important as well; I'm currently dealing with my air ducts not being cleaned properly and will have to get someone out to do it again the 'right' way. I think both of the techs did a great job of explaining what they were going to do, offering the product I needed (garbage disposal), and installing the device. I also appreciated the fact that they unclogged my kitchen and bathroom sinks with their enzymatic drain cleaner as this was also a problem. I joined the Towers Plumbing club so that I could get a discount on my new garbage disposal. What I really don’t like was the outrageous cost of the service and equipment. I don’t care about the reasons for the cost, it was just way too expensive. Less

Phalcon and Andre came out on short notice and replaced a broken water heater in a time of need right at the end of the day. They went the extra mile to find a good replacement and install it and check that every thing was functioning properly before they left, regardless of how long they had to be there(6:15pm about). We had Jeremy come out from Valley Plumbing to repair/replace our garbage disposal that was leaking under our sink. It was beyond repair but Jeremy had a couple garbage disposal options in his truck. He let us know what he had available, we decided on one and he installed it for us. He also cleaned out and replaced a part of the plumbing under the sink. He was professional, personable and got the job completed for us. He worked diligently and cleaned up after he was all done. Aaron was personable and efficient; he was great. The only problem is a general one afflicting most plumbing companies-they have a fixed price for a given job. In my case it was installing a new garbage disposal. If things go well then you are paying an outrages price for labor. The fixed price was $400, but it only took him one hour. I would rather pay an hourly charge for labor plus parts. I received three bids for this job and Towers was the lowest. Less

I had an exceptional experience with Towers Plumbing and highly recommend them ! Two experienced technicians (Aaron and Stephen) came to my condo building and diligently tested and assessed what was assumed to be a leaking pipe. Instead, due to their efforts (in the blazing hot sun), we learned it was not a plumbing issue. Towers doesn’t charge for the assessment - which is very professional. Despite not using Towers, the entire experience was exemplary. When I scheduled the appointment they were available the same day to diagnose and were available to fix it the same day if needed. The dispatch individual was knowledgeable and friendly as well. I have now had this company come out multiple time's in the past few month's for various jobs and can honestly say...there's no need to look any farther than Tower's Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. I am very pleased with EVERYTHING they have done so far. When I recently asked what to do about my tub not draining very well lately, I was shown a brochure about Total-C! I am allergic to most chemical smells, but this stuff smells like a freshly peeled orange. Josh showed me how to mix it and told me when to use it. Couldn't be easier! I have lived in this 45 yr old house for 25 year's now, and it's starting to show sign's of needing a lot of maintenance or replacements and perhaps a little TLC! That's why I called Tower's Plumbing. I've had a number of other companies come out over the years, but no one has been as friendly, courteous, or knowledgable as these employees. When our water heater died, I called Towers Plumbing (late on a Friday night) and they scheduled someone to come out late morning the next day. Our experience with Alex Kiro couldn't have been better. He walked us through everything we needed to know with the new water heater, fielded any questions or concerns. I have used Towers Plumbing for many years, but like most of my "go to" people, they grew old, retired and sold the business. Valley Plumbing was their successor, and I am happy to say, they were every bit as professional as their predecessors. Mike and Wilson arrived at around 10:00 A.M., and finished up at about 11:30 P.M. Dealing with old cast iron drainage pipes is arduous and messy, but nonetheless, they persevered, finished the job, cleaned up the premises, and left both my wife and me very relieved. Alex and Chris came by to inspect a mainline blockage that I was experiencing. They were unable to clear the clog, but were very willing to do whatever they could to try and get me up and running at no extra charge. I felt like I was treated MORE than fairly, and I felt like they were very honest with me. It is worth mentioning that 5 other plumbing companies were also unable to clear the clog using traditional methods, and that persisting clog is no reflection of their ability to provide great service. The scheduling process didn't work very well as the techs were not available until much later in the day than the time originally committed. However, when they arrived they were professional, neat, and thorough. The techs were Chandlyr and Raiden. They patiently answered all of my questions and explained their diagnosis and repair process. They replaced a Pressure Regulator Valve and completed the working in about an hour. I thought the price was reasonable given the results of my internet research on comparable work - may have been a little high; but you get what you pay for (in my experience). Randy Smith is the guy you want. He was honest and fair with pricing. I live in an older home and my plumbing wasn’t up to par with a brand new washing machine. Had a kitchen sink flood into the cabinet below on a Saturday night. Read reviews and chose Towers Plumbing...my good fortune! Alex responded quickly, and thoroughly checked the lines and connections. Could find no leaks or clogs at that time, but said to keep an eye on it and call if if I found any signs of leakage. I was prepared to pay for the Saturday evening call and quick response, but Alex refused, said to keep my eye on it and call if I saw any sign of leakage again. That was the right thing to do, but I sure didn't expect his offer. I will definatly call Alex again if I need a good plumber Less

Executive Summary: Great service but pricey First the good: they did a great job. I have no complaints about the work they did. I called Monday morning at 8:30 with clogged drains and they were at my house by 10:30 and done by noon. They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves as well as cleaning out the tub. They also put some ABS glue on a leaking pipe for me. The reason I take off a star is because of the price. It was close to $580 to remove the toilet, run the drain auger down the drain, and reset the toilet. But they don't tell you the price over the phone so there they are ready to do the job and I don't want to go through the hassle of having someone else come out so I do it. Later I called a small mom and pop shop and they charge about $350 for the same thing. And then I remember that I can rent the drain auger at Home Depot for $60. Next time I'll do that, because even if it takes me two hours to do what they did in one hour I'm still making $250 an hour. That's pretty good. Less

Trevor and Matt drove all the way up to Roy a day that snowed really bad to help us fix our broken tub faucet. I was impressed by their honesty about the job and the value which we received. We had another company come out the day before and quote us TWICE the amount you guys did. The job was done with efficiency and quality. We had a problem with our main drain. We called around to a few places and these guys were the only ones that could come out same day. Alex was amazing. He diagnosed our problem and had a quote for a large repair later that night. Then after calling and scheduling them to come back out to fix the larger issue, they were professional, efficient and got the work done fast. We had kind of a sh!+ty problem with our toilet backing up, even though we had a new one installed last year. We even had our main line, repair guys come out and they said the main sewer line was good and jetted out, so there's no way it was that and that we would have to call a plumber. I called up Towers and pulled a Karen... yep, you know it... I asked for the manager. I was transferred to Dean(I'm now second guessing that name...?), and oh boy, if the big man Himself had a voice, it would be this one. Low, smooth and comforting! He told me that it would be taken care of and that he would send Alex(the initial installer, who also installed a new garbage disposal at the time) back out to fix whatever was going on. I was expecting a battle and got reassurance! Go Towers! Alex came out, and let me tell you, he is awesome! Super nice, very professional and very knowledgeable! After reading through a few reviews, I see his name, A LOT. ALEX IS THE BEST! He had another super nice guy named Alec(Yep, Alex and Alec😉) with him and they got right to work! They had to take the toilet apart and use a camera, but determined that there was a tooth brush, you heard(well, actually read. Haha) that right! Apparently my kids didn't want to brush their teeth.... haha, all in all, Alex didn't charge me for the visit, though he rightfully could have, and Towers really flushed it out of the bowl on this one! We trusted them the last time we had them out. We wanted a professional company to come out and do our plumbing problems again. That’s why we went with Towers! Trevor M came and heard our concerns and what we wanted to accomplish. We thought it would be a couple hundred. But it was a little bit more than what we expected. I changed my rating from a 5 to a 2 because of 1. He didn’t clean up after ( My wife thought he should take the trash with him and dispose of it. Not use customers household trash cans.) 2. Forgot to turn the water back on to the washer. 3. Parts of the shower were left in the repaired bathroom. The touch on/off feature died in my Delta faucet. So My faucet was not allowing water to flow. So hard to live without water at the kitchen sink!! Spencer was able to diagnose the problem and offered choices for solutions. We decided to override the touch technology so we had water until we could replace the faucet.
