We recently moved our mother into Alpine View Lodge and couldn't be happier with our decision. We chose this memory care facility not only for its proximity to our home, but also because of how exceptionally clean it is and how genuinely friendly the staff are.From day one, we've been delighted with the care our mother receives. She has memory issues and sometimes only speaks Greek and sings Greek songs. The staff's response has been heartwarming—they often sing along with her, which brings her so much joy. The healing power of song and music!Finding a good care facility for a loved one is one of the most difficult decisions a family can make. We feel fortunate to have found Alpine View Lodge.

Our mother was a resident of Alpine View Lodge for two years until her death. The staff was thoughtful, kind, understanding and caring very competent. My father was a resident on hospice at Alpine View Lodge. I work in hospital management for a large chain. Alpine View was clean and well maintained. The staff were above and beyond in thier service. The charge nurse and the owner were envolved in daily operations. It was a real suprise compared to most of the facilities we looked at in San Diego County.

Linda and her staff are the most loving, caring people you would ever want to meet. We made the best decision ever when we placed our mother in there care. I can not praise them enough for all that they did for her and with her. Mom died just over a year ago and I feel as much a part of Alpine View Lodge now as I did then. They are nothing short of angels on earth.

Took my mom up for a visit and she didn't want to leave, we moved her in a week later. She is happy there and started talking and enjoying our outings, where she had just shut down, that's due to the care of the staff. It's almost like I got my mom back from this terrible Alzheimer's disease. I get a lot of calls from friends and clients that ask about Alpine View Lodge, and I just can't say enough about how well she is doing and how well she is taken care of.

This place is the best, from the day I moved my grandpa in until the day he passed away he was treated with love, respect and kindness from everyone. The staff is wonderful and cares about each and everyone of the residents. Having worked there long ago and knowing the high standards of care that Linda expects.. when the time came to find a place for grandpa I didn't have to look to long beforr I knew where he needed to go. If you are looking for a place for your loved one I highly recommend Alpine View Lodge.

There is no place like home. However, Alpine Lodge and their wonderful staff make my mommy feel so comfortable and wrapped in loving care. I am able to go up to see her any time of the day and have lunch with her almost everyday!! They not only loving to my mom but also to me!!! It just feels like we have gained a bigger family!! Love this place! Thank you for all you do!!!

I am a Hospice Nurse I visit many facilities, I have to say that this facility is the ONLY facility I would place one of my own family members. The staff is caring and attentive. The food is home cooked. And the facility is beautiful and secure yet the patients don't feel locked up they love the staff and so do I. This facility is the Best. I have worked in Hospice for years all over San Diego County it's worth the drive if your looking for placement for a loved one.

My mom's home for the last 8 months of her life was at the Alpine View Lodge. It was a wonderful place for her to be. The care she received was awesome and gave us great peace knowing she was in good hands. All of the caregivers at AVL are loving and kind. It is truly like a family. The owner, Linda, is the best and cares for each of the family's represented there. The others who manage the office, Angela and Alicia, are helpful and compassionate to your needs as well.
