Thanks to Brad, my family closed the escrow and moved into our dream house in May 2026! We transferred from another mortgage broker to Brad in the middle of our escrow because prior mortgage broker wasn’t able to get the mortgage we need to purchase our house. Once we transferred to Brad, not only did he get us approved for what we needed, but the ESCROW was CLOSED in 8 days after he took over our case. Yes, you saw it correctly, the escrow was closed within 8 days, not the loan. He locked the interest rate for us so we get the best interest rate available during the time we were purchasing a home. He is professional, responsive, and very passionate about interest rate. We regret not engaging him in the first place. We also are looking forward to working with him again in the near future! Highly recommend Brad for mortgage transaction. If you need a mortgage broker, look no more!

I was recommended Brad because he did a good job with my parents’ mortgage, and he did a great job with ours. We had a lot of issues with our old broker at NAF (especially with getting property taxes paid), and Brad even helped walk us through getting all of those sorted out after servicing our loan. He used a tool to get our credit scores maximized for the lowest closing costs and got our mortgage fixed up just in time to lock in the lowest rate for the year before rates went back up. We’re now saving $600 a month with our new mortgage from Brad.
