During winter storm of 2026, Five Star Roofing literally saved us in a big ice damn situation. Quick action, excellent communication, showed up ready to roll and knew what to do and how to do it. Excellent follow-up as well as they assessed the damage and let us know how to proceed as far as any repairs that may be needed, advice on how to maintain the area until spring, and answered questions that occurred to us after the fact. I had a frozen 'pond' of ice on my roof last weekend. Mark arrived one hour after I called him on a Sunday morning and immediately started working. I had been dealing with water leaking through my bathroom ceiling and into the walls for two days followng the snow storm, and everything was frozen. Mark cleared out ice that had accumulated on the kitchen roof and cleared the gutters. He advised me to contact an electrician in the Spring to install a heat cable in the vertical drain by the kitchen to keep the pipe from freezing and he told me to schedule a roof repair in mid March for a section of loose rubber that needs replacing. He is extremely smart and most of all, he was there in an emergency requiring immediate attention. Thank you!

Excellent experience with Five Star Roofing. They were Fast, did great work and cleaned up very well. The roof has been done for 9 months at this point and have no leaks. There was a problem with the flashing making noise when the wind blew very hard. Contacted Mark and the crew was here the next day and resolved the problem. Long overdue review. Mark and his crew did some flashing work and replaced an old rolled roof on an extension of our home. Super professional, communicative, and on time! All the work turned out great and I will call on them again if we ever need roofing work done in the future 👍
