Mark from 5 Star was a pleasure to do business with. We all know that replacing a roof is not cheap. There is so much that has to be done and done right for a fair price. Mark returns calls, came out to estimate the tear off and replacement. The product Owens Corning is one of the best roofing systems after weeks of research. Five Star is no joke! We had our roof done by Five Star recently! I normally don’t give comments due to many reasons! But this team was way over the top! From pricing to extraordinary work, to the staff and working team, I rate them excellent! Clean, efficient, and treated our home as though it was their own! Five star roofing did a great job on my roof. I knew it was time to get it done because it felt soft when I was cleaning my chimney. They changed all my sheeting and shingles . And it looks great because I can see my roof from various spots on my property. They did a nice clean up job and started and finished the roof in one day (small house).No more anxiety about roof leaks.

What an AWESOME job they did. Mark gave us all we needed when it came down to first visit of showing us all materials and samples to boot as well as punctuality for when he said he will send quote and start job and cleaning up. They all worked hard especially with the wind/light rain the day they started. Covered everything just for a lil rain. O so impressed. Every minor detail was covered. They had made a minor dent in my gutter and Mark had his gutter man the next day come replace it . That's service with a BIG smile. Happy Customer. Highly recommend them(and did).

During winter storm of 2026, Five Star Roofing literally saved us in a big ice damn situation. Quick action, excellent communication, showed up ready to roll and knew what to do and how to do it. Excellent follow-up as well as they assessed the damage and let us know how to proceed as far as any repairs that may be needed, advice on how to maintain the area until spring, and answered questions that occurred to us after the fact. Very helpful. Very recommended.
