Five star roofing did a great job on my roof. I knew it was time to get it done because it felt soft when I was cleaning my chimney. They changed all my sheeting and shingles . And it looks great because I can see my roof from various spots on my property. They did a nice clean up job and started and finished the roof in one day (small house).No more anxiety about roof leaks.

What an AWESOME job they did. Mark gave us all we needed when it came down to first visit of showing us all materials and samples to boot as well as punctuality for when he said he will send quote and start job and cleaning up. They all worked hard especially with the wind/light rain the day they started. Covered everything just for a lil rain. O so impressed. Every minor detail was covered. They had made a minor dent in my gutter and Mark had his gutter man the next day come replace it . That's service with a BIG smile. Happy Customer. Highly recommend them(and did).

During winter storm of 2026, Five Star Roofing literally saved us in a big ice damn situation. Quick action, excellent communication, showed up ready to roll and knew what to do and how to do it. Excellent follow-up as well as they assessed the damage and let us know how to proceed as far as any repairs that may be needed, advice on how to maintain the area until spring, and answered questions that occurred to us after the fact. Very helpful. Very recommended.

I had a frozen 'pond' of ice on my roof last weekend. Mark arrived one hour after I called him on a Sunday morning and immediately started working. I had been dealing with water leaking through my bathroom ceiling and into the walls for two days followng the snow storm, and everything was frozen. Mark cleared out ice that had accumulated on the kitchen roof and cleared the gutters. He advised me to contact an electrician in the Spring to install a heat cable in the vertical drain by the kitchen to keep the pipe from freezing and he told me to schedule a roof repair in mid March for a section of loose rubber that needs replacing. He is extremely smart and most of all, he was there in an emergency requiring immediate attention. Thank you!

We had an ice dam disaster (twice) and Mark was there within hours to help us out(twice). He is communicative, punctual, thorough, and professional. I will be using him for further roof repairs in the Spring!
