Stanley was great to work with. He came out to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on our water softener system, and his quote was lower than the other competitors we contacted. A few weeks later, he even came back free of charge to service the display on the system and reset it. Honest, responsive, and very helpful. Highly recommend.

After doing some research I had to decided to replace our old and now broken down heater with a ducted Mitsubishi system. We selected C&R because their bid was comparable to the others and friends had recommended them. The install went smoothly and Brian and crew did an excellent job. Unfortunately the unit I wanted wasn't available locally so the dealer offered up the Hi2 hyper heat model. If you're ever offered one - don't take it but that's a story for a Mitsubishi review. Luke the lead technician from Clarke and Rush went above and beyond (not a term I use often) to try to correct something that as it turns out was inherent to that machine. The willingness to expend labor hours and materials to gain a satisfied customer was exceptional. When C&R say they want a happy customer it's not talk it's action because they mean it.

Needed to repair a broken window and submitted a request through Yelp. Clarke & Rush promptly called and sent Dan out the same day to provide an estimate. The bid was very reasonable. It took about a week for the glass to come in, and then Dan returned and did a great job with the replacement. Smooth process from start to finish--highly recommend.

Ronnie arrived with the needed part, was polite and clear about his work, and stuck at it for over two hours. Even though it took longer than I expected, the price remained at the original quote. It works great and the house is heated once again.

I requested a check-up as it seemed the unit was working hard and air blowing hard. The serviceman, Zach, arrived near the start of my two hour availability time frame. He'd read the past history of work on the system, listened carefully to what my perception of what was going on and set about checking the units. When explaining what he would be doing, he easily provided more info when I asked for detail about what something meant or what might cause it. I felt very comfortable with the service I received.

We requested service when our upstairs heating unit did not seem to be working properly in December. After a condenser was changed, and the unit still didn 't seem quite right, we had a different technician (Zach) come out. He did some work on the outside unit that he hoped would resolve the issue of some overheating. We had Zach return in January after the holidays. He determined that the compressor needed to be replaced. It was under warranty and was replaced today. We had to pay for the labor. Through the process (we were not charged for the additional visits), Zach was efficient and pleasant in explaining what the problem was and answering questions.

Brandon did a thorough job of checking our plumbing, fixed a couple of minor things as part of the check up and recommended replacement of some the water lines under the sink. We had him replace them as they were very worn. He was very efficient. now we are confident there are no leaks.
