Newer homeowners, we chose the original installation company to provide our first annual HVAC inspection. We were pleased with everything from the customer service calls, day of call with ETA to the tech Jordan being friendly thorough and knowledgeable. He explained the details of all the work he performed and provided us with information regarding their annual membership without pressure. Once he left an email arrived with an invoice and all the detailed photos he took while performing the inspection. I would definitely recommend this company based on our first experience.

We used Clark & Rush 5 years ago when we bought the house we're in now. They replaced the air conditioning/condenser/furnace as the existing one was pretty old. We also had to replace all the vent covers in the house as the previous owners had painted them the color of the ceiling, which we changed. They gave us the sizes we needed to order and the company to order them from. We ordered them and they replaced them all for us. Since then we have utilized annual maintenance contracts with them and they've done a great job at maintaining our whole system. All technicians have been friendly, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. The customer service folks are very responsive and easy to work with as well. We recommend this company highly.

got a pretty fast appt to come out and service my A/c unit! coolent was a little. put more coolent in and did not try to tell me I needed a new A/c unit. others in my 55+ community have been taken advantage of by other companies! I have been with Clark and Rush for many years. They are very honest and don't try to take advantage of their clients.
