He took time to answer my questions so I could understanding the mechanics of the AC unit, what had failed, the average life expectancies of certain parts, and the importance of maintenance and a few preventive items to extend the life of the unit. His explanations were clear. He was also considerate to in making sure the gate was closed so the dog wouldn’t get out. The dog really liked him. So if the dog approves, he must be good.

The AC works fine, but the AC starts up at 6:30 at a much colder setting. Told technician, he said he fixed it, but it continues to start up. Communication was a problem with this and other issues. I'm very happy to have AC.

This is a good company, ive used them twice. Everything went right on schedule, quality hvac carrier products. The problem i had was one of the employees turned on hose, had a sprayer that goes off unless pressed but he didnt turn it off so it leaked pretty good for 48 hrs before i noticed. My water bill im sure will be effected higher!

Edwin has serviced our system in the past and does excellent service. Each step was carefully explained and agreed on. We had loss of refrigerant and he needs to come back and see where the leak may be after replacing what was lost. He showed me the gauges and the calculations that suggested the problem. He was quick about diagnosis and what the next steps may be. Highly recommend the company to do service for you, especially in times where the system doesn’t work correctly and you need guidance.

Bryan gave us excellent service today when our A/C wasn't working. After a very thorough inspection, he found that the capacitor needed replacing as well as loose wires needed to be tightened.
