(Update 2026/06/29)-Change to 4 stars after Luke (the field manager) has adjusted the duct to increase the air flow, patiently explain the cause and provide suggestions to improve and maintain the AC at the rental and replaced the thermostat at my home; Confirmed the units were ordered from manufacturer as soon as the order is placed. The Wi-Fi was a miscommunication. Only the multiple mistakes on the paperwork stopped me from giving it 5 stars. Lastly appreciate the hardworking field team. Stay Cool 😎)Update 2026/06/23- Change to 3 stars, after spoken to the manager, they provided the model number that were installed and confirmed it’s a typo. on the documents. Pending the outcome from the scheduled ductwork fix and replacement of thermostat.) After what I found out. I don’t even want to give it one star. I purchased two units separate for a rental and home installed. They Did Not deliver what was discussed, estimated or written!Rental issue - Did not resolve the airflow issue. The room still not blowing cool air. At least, Scheduled to have someone coming to check the ductwork before my other job started. Interestingly the contract written for the rental unit is a 3 tons, but after research the model # listed, it is a 2.5 tons. Not sure what had been installed.Home issue - unit purchased Mitsubishi “top of line” per the estimated guy. The thermostat doesn’t have wi-fi nor program for schedule capabilities. Even my old unit I can schedule the time. Accounting to the installer, WiFi is additional after the unit was installed. First time I heard about that. The thermostat model installed does not match the model manual provided nor the contract and it has a burn spot on the screen already. The worst part is based on the model # this “top of the line unit”, the refrigerant is being phased out as I am writing this review. And it was not mentioned at any time.Call the rep. regarding the 2nd job (home unit). and I am still waiting for the call back. What kind of 60 years old “reputable” company is this?
