The attention to detail is crazy, from the stone backslash in the kitchen, the tiled floors and the amazing wood trim accents throughout the house. This home is truly amazing. Previously owning an ICF residence, we were thrilled to again own one, sized perfectly for two. Chad Harvell is a rare contractor in that he takes the time necessary to learn of your goals, expectations and budget. Therein lies the successful completion of a beautiful home and satisfied happy clients. Chad put on his creative hat, along with his team, and transformed a large hallway to accommodate inset beautiful bookshelves accenting the ceiling beams and fireplace. Just an example of the many other special details. He kept us up to date on all aspects of the build. We have never had to call twice to communicate with him or his team.
