In May of 2024 I purchased Chad Harvell's signature home that was the beginning of the subdivision. Although, I purchased the model it felt like it was designed specifically for me. The black and white farm style with all the custom features including a trayed beamed ceiling, black and white tile floors, soaking tub in master, custom closets, built in's, gourmet kitchen down to the smallest detail made it feel like home to me.
