I absolutely love Happy Jalapeño Market! This cozy market in Brandon is such a delightful find — a perfect blend of fresh produce, amazing authentic food, and warm, friendly service. Every visit feels like a mini culinary adventure. Locals rave about the delicious birria tacos, flavorful tamales, and refreshing aguas frescas — all made with care and bursting with flavor. The owners and staff are genuinely welcoming and always happy to share recommendations or make your visit memorable. I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt very compelled to write this one. This market has the most fresh and authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had. The woman at the cashier was incredibly kind, greeted us immediately, and even volunteered to let us sample the large selection of Frescas. We had the aguachile shrimp cocktail,an order of birria tacos, and carne asada tacos. As a taco enthusiast and foodie this place blew me away with the exceptional food and warm hearted workers!

So glad to see that they are thriving during construction, but that just means that they need your support even more these days. Always happy to leave here with a smile on my face and the promise of a full belly. Truly a staple of a community in my opinion and we are lucky to have them here.
