I have to say Donald did an excellent job. I had cleaners in before and had to go behind them and get up all the water they left in the carpet or rent a carpet cleaner to redo the carpet. Donald left my carpets and area rugs looking like new. I will definitely call Deep Steam Floor Care again. My daughter says " give Donald a 2 thumbs up."

Donald was honest and professional, with great knowledge about how to best care for our rugs. He was also very efficient and wasted no time getting the job done! We are happy with how clean our rugs look and feel

My wife and I live in Downtown Nashville. The owner, Kiro, helped us personally because we have a velvet, polyester sofa that is a very technical and difficult material to treat. The cushions smelled of urine from our puppy. Kiro was so friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He came straight to our apartment with one of his team members, picked up the cushions and brought them back a few days later. The sofa has practically been restored to its original condition, the small of urine is completely gone and we really couldn’t be happier! The cost for the work was more than affordable and we are so fortunate to have discovered Deep Steam. I’ve been burnt by highly rated Google businesses in the past, but please trust me. Their reviews have to be fully legitimate based on the results we received. I could not recommend this business enough.

Alrighty I just moved and was looking around online for a good carpet cleaner. Coming across them with 5 stars and nothing but good reviews is why I chose them. And let me say… nothing short then great and professional. I had them clean the first day and when I noticed a spot the next day that came up after cleaning, I called back and within an hour or less I had someone back at the house free of charge to get that stain up! I got Donald both times he’s a great guy and very professional, got the job done quickly and great each time!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I am BEYOND impressed! I had a room and a large white/beige sectional couch that had seen some things throw up and honestly God knows what else 😂 🙈 and they came in and handled it beautifully. From start to finish, the company was quick to respond, easy to schedule with, reasonably priced, and extremely professional. Donald was my technician and he was excellent! He arrived on time, communicated throughout the process, and you could genuinely tell that he takes pride in his work. With a sectional that light in color, every stain and spot shows, so I was especially impressed with how much better it looked once he was finished.I’ve used Stanley Steemer in the past, but NEVER AGAIN. The service, communication, quality of work, and pricing I received here were so much better. This company has officially become my go-to for carpet and upholstery cleaning from now on.If you’re looking for someone dependable who actually cares about the finished product, BOOK THEM. And if you get Donald, you’re in great hands! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
