This is a follow up: when Kiro arrived he indicated due to the materials that my 12 x 15 rug would need to go to the shop to get cleaned. He returned it quickly and it looks very good! It was a $10K rug which my dog ruined. Very happy with result, considering anything you buy to replace would not have come close to this rug cleaned!! Very satisfied customer, will definitely use in the future!

They came out same day I called due to a cancellation. Kiro was professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately our LR rug needed to be sent out to be cleaned but I got our upholstered king bed and area rug cleaned. I will do a follow up review once I receive my large LR area rug back.

Kiro and Mino were amazing! I live in a high-rise in downtown and they were able to accommodate me without any problem whatsoever! My sofas look brand new do yourself a favor and book them.

Donald did an amazing job! He was incredibly sweet, kind, and very professional from start to finish. He showed up on time, offered a great price, and delivered outstanding results.
