Phenomenal service. I contacted the company on the same day and they were able to schedule my home for a cleaning later in the evening. My husband and I have been contemplating replacing our carpet because of how dilapidated it’s looked over the years and after receiving the cleaning, we are so very pleased. I had a company scheduled to do carpet and upholstery cleaning. They canceled last minute. I called Kiro he came day of we had multiple things done carpet which had strains/upholstery leather had spots he was able to get most spots one spot couldn’t be treated due to oil this is a rental property. The previous tenant smoked in one of the bathrooms he suggested we do the ozone and scrub treatment now the whole house smells amazing. His communication and timeliness to solve problems amazing.

This is a follow up: when Kiro arrived he indicated due to the materials that my 12 x 15 rug would need to go to the shop to get cleaned. He returned it quickly and it looks very good! It was a $10K rug which my dog ruined. Very happy with result, considering anything you buy to replace would not have come close to this rug cleaned!! Very satisfied customer, will definitely use in the future!

They came out same day I called due to a cancellation. Kiro was professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately our LR rug needed to be sent out to be cleaned but I got our upholstered king bed and area rug cleaned. I will do a follow up review once I receive my large LR area rug back.
