THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE RITE CLEANERS LOCATED ON ELM ROAD IN WARREN, OHIO BECAUSE I LIVE IN THAT AREA AND DEAL WITH THAT PARTICULAR LOCATION ONLY. Picked up my clothes at Rite Cleaners as always my clothes sparkled cleaned to perfection and even had a small sewing repair that was 5 stars. Upon entering the shoppe I was warmly greeted, my question answered. The staff was Welcoming, Warm and Friendly like in my opinion all shoppes and stores should always be. After picking up my cleaning order I was more than satisfied that this establishment took excellent care of my clothes and with a smile and a warm good- bye until my next visit. I highly recommend Rite Cleaners to clean, press, and bag your items to perfection each and every time. Great 5 five 🌟 job and service. Thank You. I trust these people with great confidence and you should too. John Macali - a loyal and very happy customer.

I love the new kiosk concept. There was a person to help me when I went with my comforter . She explained everything to me. I still like to have a human worker if needed. It’s easy instructions and you get text messages for drop off and pickup. When you pickup and pay the locker behind you pops open with your larger items. My comforter dry cleaning came out really clean and no spots. They even put it on a nice bag for me to take home.

I dropped a formal dress off and had it back in less than a week and it was like new. There were some bad deodorant markings on it that were completely gone when I picked it up. The price was less than $20! And the staff was super friendly.

Great service. Worked for Steve years ago. Steve was good at taking care of his customers and Danny was also great. My only question is when is there someone in the shop in Parma to accept alterations?
