I was impressed with Altitude Roofing from the initial call to the repair. Our leak came at a time when a lot of other homeowners figured out they also had roofing issues, but Altitude was quick to respond to my inquiry, keep me updated, and help with the repair. Kyler was so great with our inspection by actually going up onto our roof to inspect the issues and gave me peace of mind that he knew exactly what was needed to fix our leak as well as maintenance to prevent any further problems. Jonathan went above and beyond to fix the leak and maintenance work by walking me through the repair with lots of pictures. Jennifer was also very helpful in getting me scheduled and following up. We had a few estimates done for our leak, but I was really impressed with Altitude Roofing.

Amazing experience from beginning to end! After getting quotes from several companies, we decided to go with Altitude and are so glad we did. The price was very competitive with others but what really separates them is the communication and customer service. Debbie was very communicative and straight forward about everything. The crew that did the work was professional and quick. Right after they finished my house, I immediately recommended them to my neighbor.

We had our roof redone in May as we were selling the house and it was very old. Debbie was very knowledgeable about exactly how to file an insurance claim, our new roof got covered, and during installation everything was fast and well done. Everyone from altitude was very friendly and professional. If you have an old roof I would definitely give them a call.

When a leak was discovered in my home, I got 3 quotes; one from a company I had used before and 2 others by way of a web search.Altitude Roofing gave me a very detailed quote, making it easy to choose the materials that best suited my replacement roof and price point. They also have a location I was able to go to in order to narrow down my color choices.Once the decision was made, I asked if they could also replace some of my facia boards and I would paint them later. They had a better solution. They told me, for little extra, they could wrap all the facia in a metal and let me choose the color. The finished product was astounding! It looked better than if I had painted all the facia around my house, and the best part is, it will never need to be painted again. The finished roof also looks beautiful. Great color choice and quality materials. Altitude Roofing had the job done in a timely manner, without a trace of them being there. No mess in my yard or nails on my driveway. This is an extremely trustworthy company with attentive customer service and follow through. Shout-out to Jennifer! They also work with a very knowledgeable HVAC company, which is important if you have an AC on your roof.I expect to not need a new roof for many years, but I recommend them to anyone thinking about a new roof.

This is literally the best company that we have worked with since moving to New Mexico. We primarily communicated with Bennie. He was SO responsive, transparent and knowledgeable. We got our entire roof redone along with three of our skylights replaced. The team that came out to do the work were incredibly efficient and nice. They did the work in two days and checked in here and there to ask questions to make sure we weren’t inconvenienced in any way. We also had a minor seal around one of the skylights that needed to be fixed after the roof replacement was finished and they sent someone out the day after we called. I cannot recommend this group highly enough. They are incredibly professional. We plan to use them again for any future work we need.

We are very happy that we selected Altitude roofing to replace our roof. They are a family owned business, and as such they were able to spend the time with us to make sure that all our thoughts, comments and concerns are answered. They walked us through every step of the process. They even helped us (along with their rep Jennifer, who is an absolute gem.) with our fight with the insurance company. Though it didn't work out the way we had hoped, their support and information was invaluable. I would highly recommend Altitude roofing.

Between calling and having the estimate, they were out in a few days. As well after signing the estimate, and having my roof repaired and sealed in serval places, it was 3 day. Altitude did a great job for an amazing price.

Altitude roofing did an exceptional job from start to finish.Debbie was amazing, answering my calls and questions promptly and communicating the process at every step.Debbie and the Altitude Roofing team were very knowledgeable about roofing and provided detailed quotes. We loved that they offered us different options based on our budget. The work was completed promptly and done with care.Overall, we would definitely recommend working with them!

We had a great experience through the whole situation. From start to finish we had great communication with the staff, and were able to bundle stucco repair with our roofing repair. The work was done wonderfully, and the materials used were exactly what we were looking for dependent on quality and budget. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a contractor that keeps in great communication through the whole process and makes something like a big project such as roof repair or stucco repair, seem manageable.

I own an investment property in the San Jose Neighborhood. My neighbor had his roof redone by Altitude Roofing which was covered by his insurance company. Luckily, I have great neighbors who referred Altitude to me. My dad and I worked with the insurance company along with Altitude. A huge shout out to Kadisha who was such a wealth of information in how to handle the claim. It took some time with the insurance company, but the majority of the roofs were covered by our insurance. Altitude did a great job start to finish and we are so grateful to all involved! Thank you Debbie for originally contacting me and everyone at Altitude roofing! The roofs look great!

We had gutters installed. Kyler came out for the estimate and explained different options without being pushy. The estimate with photos was emailed a few days later. Debbie in the office was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The install team with Felipe in charge came on time and left everything clean. Prices are very fair for a full service professional company.

I would recommend Altitude Roofing without reservation to prospective roofing customers because:They provided a very detailed quote compared to other companies which made clear their professionalism and dedication to quality work.Altitude is contractually engaged with a premier manufacturer of roofing materials. They are required to follow precise steps in constructing the roof and they are also required to utilize only the manufacturer’s own branded roofing materials. A job done by Altitude is a quality job because it begins with the built-in quality control of factory-trained technicians who lead the roofing teams and ensure adherence to construction standards. Finally, Altitude performed the work in a timely way—they started the job on time, kept us apprised of the expected duration of the job, finished the job on time and did a meticulous job of cleaning up during and at the end of the project.

Altitude Roofing did an outstanding job on our new roof! From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and professional. The team was communicative, on time, and made sure we understood every step along the way. The quality of the work is excellent, and they left everything clean when the job was done.If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company that truly takes care of their customers, I highly recommend Altitude Roofing. Couldn’t be happier with the results!

Iam Very happy to say that Altitude roofing was a blessing for our family .The experience from start to finish was refreshing! The open Communication Channel was on point, Altitude kept me informed every step of the process, Which I greatly appreciated!I learned so much about my roof from this awesome team of people. Yes , I like to say people because I felt like I was dealing with real human beings! The team was compassionate , honest , friendly , positive and professionals. It is so hard these days to find a company that is so well-rounded. Kadisha, Thank you for getting the ball rolling and dealing with the insurance Company , for without you , this might not have happened! Never once did I experience fear, negativity or stress. It was so nice to be able to put our trust in Altitude roofing without worrying about being taken advantage of. Excellent company. Highly recommended

2026-02-24T05:50:32.096Z

Had to have my roof repaired. They contacted me quickly, got me a quote, and fixed it fast. Extremely professional! My nit-picking complaint is they need a sign on their truck or hats with their logo so we know it's them. They were amazing!

2026-02-17T17:01:07.862Z

Everyone from the inspection, office staff, and installers were excellent. We had gutters installed, and shingles redone on part of the roof. The installers found additional damage that required more time but we were not charged for the extra work and time. They cleaned up ever and all were pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

The Blonde Roofing LadyAbout a year ago, two women stopped by my home and rang the doorbell. When I opened the door, one of them said she just wanted to leave her contact information and let me know she could help with my roofing needs whenever I was ready.I normally do not answer the door for strangers, but for some reason I answered that day. I immediately liked her. She was not pushy at all. I put her card in my work bag and went on with my evening.A year later, when I actually needed roofing help, I went looking for her card and realized it was gone. For some reason, I felt strongly that I wanted her expertise during what I knew would be a stressful process. So I went to Google and searched “The Blonde Roofing Lady,” and she was the first person who came up under Altitude Roofing. I sent my information on their contact page, and from that moment on, it has been such a pleasure working with this company. First impressions matter to me, and Debbie absolutely sets the tone. She walked me through everything from my claim, inspection, and shingle selection. She even went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable at the office when she thought my husband and I arrived together and he had to leave, leaving me without a ride. We had a good laugh when she realized I had my own car the whole time.Kyler, thank you for being so kind and taking the time to answer my questions after the adjuster left.Bennie was incredibly reliable throughout the process. He showed up with Debbie for my adjuster meeting, stayed in contact with me, answered questions along the way, and made sure I received all of my receipts and detailed photos of the finished roof. His communication and follow-through gave me a lot of peace of mind.I am sure this level of care is standard practice for your team, but it truly felt like you went above and beyond during a very stressful time.My roof was completed in about eight hours. The crew was extremely professional and left no materials behind. They walked my property multiple times to pick up debris, which I especially appreciated because I have dogs who love to eat random things.Support local. Support Altitude Roofing. Thank you all so much. My roof is a 10 out of 10.

I recently had my roof replaced by Altitude Roofing here in Albuquerque, and I can honestly say the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. It’s rare these days to find a company that excels in both customer service and workmanship, but Altitude Roofing truly delivers on both.My service representative, Jennifer, was the absolute best. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process—answering every question, keeping me updated, and making sure I understood each step. Her professionalism, communication, and genuine care made the whole project feel effortless on my end.As for the crew, their workmanship was top-notch. They were efficient, detail-oriented, and clearly took pride in their craft. The final result looks incredible, and I feel confident knowing the job was done right. If you’re looking for a roofing company that treats you right and does exceptional work, Altitude Roofing is the one to call. They made what could’ve been a stressful project feel smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Fantastic communication, workmanship, and follow through! They replaced my shingles a year ago and the experience was stress free and they cleaned everything up after. After this service they came back and performed a very thorough inspection for another part of my roof with zero pressure to sell me something I didn’t need. Trustworthy, honest, and a desire to help you the customer. Highly recommend! Thank you, Altitude Team!! 5 Stars
