Mary's customer service and care is unmatched. Dealing with cleaning up my late mother's house, while working full time and living in another state, was chaotic and emotionally exhausting. She was caring and kind, providing me with additional resources that were very helpful. Regarding the service itself, the state of the home was filthy prior to the team coming in. It is unbelievable how great a job they did. They cleaned it thoroughly. Lots more to do before it goes officially on the market, but I feel confident that I can have people come in and not cringe.

We recently hired this post-construction cleaning and deep clean team, and I truly cannot say enough good things about Edica and Liz's work, they're total pros. And communications and setup with Mary was seamless. Our home was covered in construction dust and debris, with that fine layer of grit that settles into every surface. On top of that, there were a couple areas we didn't fully renovate that hadn't been deeply cleaned in over a decade. Edica and Liz got the job done. They were incredibly thorough and detail-oriented, tackling everything from baseboards and vents (even inside some vents!) to window tracks, cabinets, light fixtures, and floors. They knew exactly what needed to be done and executed it. What stood out most was how hard they worked. They stayed until 7pm, working steadily and carefully until the job was done right. We are so grateful & appreciative! By the time they finished, the entire home--both renovated and untouched areas--felt refreshed..

Mary and a Mop was an absolute lifesaver for us! We were dealing unimaginable filth, grit and dust from demolition and construction work that occurred in our home for many, many months. To be honest, I didn’t think it would ever be possible to great rid of all that fine gritty coating on everything. Not only did Edika & Liz get rid of it, but they had every square inch of our house glistening and shining!! They were miracle workers, pure and simple! They arrived exactly when they said they would, and powered through until the job was completed. I appreciated their knowledge of knowing what products to use and which ones should be avoided on different flooring and countertops types. I learned a great deal from them!Dealing with Mary was such a very positive and pleasant experience. She is most organized, knows what is needed for each cleaning situation, and the time that will be needed to successful get the job done. She has highly trained her crews, and she is most organized and trustworthy. Her use of technology that she has integrated into her business model makes everything very upfront, so transparent and easy. I found Mary & A Mop on Yelp after reading some of the reviews. I said why not, I'll try. I reached out to her and she is very straight forward and communicative. I had a few questions and concerns as to what it is I was looking for. From there we scheduled a walk through so that there was a clear understanding of what I was looking for. Upon scheduling the service, it was refreshing to see that she had invested into the infrastructure of her business a d the presentation and scheduling was very professional and organized. Upon creating a profile, I received an email for the job, as well as subsequent correspondences leading up to the date the job was scheduled. The workers arrived and was ready to work. We did a quick walk through then they got down to business. I wish I had before and after but let's just say that I'm taking over a residential lease from someone who didn't put and care or concern into the home. Including but not limited to the kitchen which was one of my major concerns. They cleaned the hood, degreased the shutters and cleaned the outer portions of all of the cabinets. The cabinets were so bad I was contemplating repainting them. I am pleased with the service that I received, I am very picky and hard to please, and I will recommend for your home cleaning services
