During a recent visit to address our water bug problem, she demonstrated remarkable professionalism and a keen awareness that proved invaluable. While she was conducting her thorough inspection, she detected a slight gas fume originating from the furnace in the attic. Kaz immediately recommended investigating this unusual observation while determining the source of the water bug issue, a suggestion that turned out to be critical. Upon further inspection with the gas company and HVAC specialist, they confirmed that our heating and cooling system had a gas leak due to a faulty control valve. Had Kaz simply completed the standard pest control assessment without this level of detail and genuine concern, we would have remained unaware of this dangerous and damaging gas leak. Her conscientiousness prevented what could have been a catastrophic situation and we are incredibly thankful for her alertness and diligence. Beyond this life-saving intervention, Kaz provided the best Pest Control service we have experienced in two decades. She was thorough, taking time to inspect the entire home, including the crawlspace. She proved to be a wealth of knowledge regarding our specific water bug issues and provided several practical recommendations to prevent future problems.
