I put in an inquiry after my cat hand-delivered me a mouse to my bed at 1 am. I heard back within 48 hours and Alex came and helped us out today (2 days later)! Could not be nicer and was very thorough. Pricing for Zero Pest is fair and I really appreciate that they are a small business that want to do right by their customer.

The technician was courteous, explained what he was going to do and how he would do it. I felt very comfortable leaving my home for his work. I was impressed with how easy it was to schedule an appointment and how helpful the associate I initially talked to was. He assured me they were there to help with any and all kinds of questions before and after the service.
