Alex showed up on time and was very professional. Explained what he was going to do and asked us what our main concerns were. He then took his time to explain what he was going to do to help take care of our concerns. Ryan was also great when we called and set up the appointment for them to come out. This was my first time using zero pest after a bad experience with another company. They were fantastic! From the ease of setup and scheduling to the technician’s thoroughness everything was so much improved over our prior experiences. We don’t have any major pest issues, just preventative, so I can’t speak to service for that. But based on the professionalism overall I would highly recommend!!!
