We had such a wonderful experience with Carmelita’s Catering for our wedding! The food was absolutely amazing—not only during our tasting, but also on our actual wedding day. Everything tasted just as good as we remembered, which was so important to us.The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They even checked in with us before putting the food out, which we really appreciated. Communication throughout the entire process was easy, and they were always willing to make changes, answer questions, and help us feel confident that everything was taken care of.They went above and beyond in making sure our guests were taken care of, and I believe they even cut our wedding cake for our guests, which was such a thoughtful touch.We would absolutely recommend Carmelita’s Catering to anyone looking for delicious food, great service, and a catering team that genuinely cares about making your event special. Carmelita Catering Co. is AWESOME! We called them in December when we wanted to throw a holiday party and needed a full catering service of food, desserts, mocktails and service…and they over-delivered to expectation! The food was AMAZING - tacos were insane with multiple varieties and sides were just as impressive. The flowing cheese tower makes for a fun add! Their service literally made the party and people are still talking about it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Karla and Jeremy are always spot on, their food is incredible and they seamlessly operate in the background of your event while making sure everyone is taken care of. And those chicken and waffles!!!!

My daughter's wedding was catered by Carmelita Catering this November 2024. The food was fabulous! Everyone raved about both the appetizers and the main course, prime rib! Karla really went the extra mile to make sure our day was special and even served appetizers in Lanterns (our decor included lots of lanterns). I would highly recommend her for any of your catering needs.

Carmelita Catering is truly the best! They did our Welcome party and wedding food and 2 months later we are still getting compliments. The team was so flexible, accommodating and willing to make all my ideas work. Such as fresh oysters and shrimp cocktail as a passed appetizer. 10/10 recommend!!!
