Thor has done a great deal of work for the Homeowners Association where I live, spanning from major siding and deck replacements to many more limited projects. All have been done with excellent results and to owners' satisfaction. As an example of Thor's value, we asked David to clean our gutters when a gutter service bid seemed too high. David noted that the problem wasn't just a matter of cleaning: some gutters weren't level, so water flowed away from downspouts. He cleaned our gutters--and leveled them--all for less than what the cleaning service had bid. I.e., Thor doesn't just make cosmetic repairs; they find what causes the problem and make lasting repairs. On behalf of our entire neighborhood, I highly recommend them.
