Dr. Ripa is an extraordinary professional. A doctor that few in this world can equal (and I do dare judge living in NYC and having lived in Auckland, NZ and four Western European capitals). The hygienist, Odalis, is of highest quality and great charm, too. The office is impeccably clean (I have been treated in 3 of its rooms), with a screen above you showing breathtaking European landscapes while you can do nothing but look at the ceiling and a calf massager that Odalis turned on as soon as I sat down. Many languages are spoken so that you feel at home no matter where you come from. I have no reservations giving Smile Creators the highest possible praise and wish you the luck of becoming its patient when such a need arises.

I had a deep teeth cleaning with Martha, and she was exceptional. I chose not to have local anesthetic because I personally do not like the numb feeling afterward, so the procedure was quite painful for me. Martha was incredibly patient, professional, and compassionate throughout the entire appointment. She took her time, explained what she was doing, and encouraged me when I needed it most.Even though it was one of the most uncomfortable dental experiences I have had, I never felt rushed or dismissed. Her skill, kindness, and professionalism made a difficult procedure much more manageable.I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches in the office. The massage chair for my legs and feet and the TV on the ceiling with relaxing nature scenes helped distract me and made the experience much more comfortable. It’s clear the office has put real effort into helping patients feel at ease.Thank you, Martha, for your patience and for taking such good care of me. I truly appreciate your dedication and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, thorough, and compassionate dental hygienist.

When a medical practitioner asks you to evaluate ongoing work by just saying "Talk to me," you know you're in the most trustworthy of hands. Dr. Anatoly Ripa will never be satisfied unless his patients leave his practice smiling. This does not mean that a spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down. I have had permanent wires affixed to my upper and lower teeth and they have served as built-in retainers for 20-years! Rather than removing them or replacing them with Invisaligns, Dr. Ripa said the work was top-notch and to leave well enough alone. I will invest in my health by having laser gum therapy to ensure my beautiful smile lasts a lifetime. Everyone comments on my beautiful teeth. Were it not for my Mother's investment in palate expanders, braces, and wires, I would still look like Alvin the Chipmunk. However, as Dr. Ripa commented, "What's the money for if not to help our children?" Five stars are inadequate for a superstar! G-d Bless Dr. Ripa and his wonderful techs at Smile Creators!

I had a good experience at this dental office. The staff was professional and polite, and the appointment went smoothly. The doctor removed a tooth that several other dentists had refused to take out, which I really appreciated. Everything was good !
