We had a new shower installed. After waiting for the exciting day of install one of panels was cracked so we had to reorder and wait again. Completely out of their control and I totally get that although once it did come in I felt they rushed to get it done. I wasn’t able to see it till after they were gone but there were several incomplete issues. After leaving a message and pictures with Sara, Mike called and came over to go over the issues. Mike was very helpful, knowledgeable and straight forward. Mike then sent Frank Gallagher over to fix the things that were not done the first time. I would like to give Mike and Frank 5 stars for a job very well done. Great customer service to fix the issues at hand and beautiful quality product. Thank You Ellen Luehring Less

Our installers Scott and Sons, did a fantastic job. They were very professional, polite and extremely detailed in all aspects of the job for our step in shower, new flooring and new vanity countertop install.. They made sure drop cloths were set up which we really appreciated and the clean up was suburb! I will definitely request Scott & Sons as our installers going forward with new projects. The 5 star rating is for the installers only! The installers were awesome and did a great job. I do not like the color of my new shower and I feel as though it was misrepresented to me when I bought it. The sales lady said it would match /compliment my vanity nicely but it’s not even close. I’m just not happy with it at all. A lot of money spent for a disappointing outcome. Less
