I have regular pool service by Windermere Pools, and it is great. Bo is great abd always brings me a smile in addition to a sparkling pool. He smelled smoke and alerted me. My electrical board which was only 33 years old was shot. He probably prevented a house fire.Windermere Pools came out and diagnosed my multiple issues, and quoted me a price. They ordered the equipment quickly, and were right there to install. It was not easy. Several other companies and created a plumbing nightmare. But they wrapped it up in a day, and even put in new drain covers to meet current code. The final bill was less than the estimate and the guys did a superb job. I have a pool company for as long as I live here

Updated March, 2026. We were having some leakage issues on our aging pool equipment and Windermere Pool Service not only responded quickly, but had the equipment replaced in 2 days. The technician, Jimmy, who did the initial evaluation and followup installation was amazing. He made the entire process as easy as possible. He was knowledgeable, communicated with us every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He exemplifies the fantastic customer experience we have always received from Windermere Pools and could not recommend them more highly.Updated August 8th - we were having some issues with the valves around our pool pump and we were so fortunate to have had Jeremy out a few times to make the repairs. Like everyone at Windemere Pool Services, he was professional, patient and very thorough in the work he did for us. He took his time (in the hot sun!) To walk me thru the changes and make sure I was comfortable with the work he did. He provided an exceptional customer experience. I cannot recommend he and the entire team at Windemere Pool Services any higher - they are outstanding!I wanted to give an update, as Ryan has been servicing our pool for awhile now - Ryan is such a terrific representative of Windemere Pool Services. He is thorough, professional and he is always very helpful. He answers all my questions, follows thru on everything he promises and is a real pleasure to work with.I wanted to update my review as we have been with Windemere Pool Service for some time now. They continue to give outstanding service, provide a superior cleaning experience, and are incredibly responsive when called. I can not recommend them or the customer service experience they provide, any higher. Great company and great people!Matt has done an outstanding job since we switched to Windemere Polls for service. Hannah has been exceptional, and the entire company is committed to providing a superior customer experience. I could not recommend them more highly.

We used them for many years prior moving out of their area. Reliable, timely and kept us informed. Always respectful of the gates (we have pets). Kept the pool spectacular. Highly recommend.
