I highly recommend Rafa! He did an amazing job repairing the damage on my Mercedes and had my car back to me in only two days looking brand new. The quality of his work and attention to detail are incredible. This also isn’t my first time trusting him with one of my vehicles, he worked on my previous car in the past and did a great job then as well. He’s reliable, professional, quick, and truly takes pride in his work. It’s so hard to find someone you can genuinely trust with your car, and Rafa is definitely that person. I recommend him to anyone who needs body work done!

I had been T-boned in the back passenger door and back wheel. Best Collision Services Inc repaired my car back to new. They had to put on a new suspension arm, wheel/rim, tire, new door, and repair the crumpled inside where the door closes into it. Idk what it's called. Then they had to match the pearl paint job. It is matched perfectly. She once again drives like a dream. The team treated me with great respect, kindness, patience, and care. If you need body work on your vehicle this the place to go. The people are top notch and so is their work!

Rafael and Best Collision Services gave me a level of help, honesty, and care that I had almost given up hope of finding. After weeks of being passed around by other well-known collision centers—and being told, directly or indirectly, that nothing could be done for my 2006 GMC—I found Rafael’s independent shop online. The excellent reviews gave me a little hope, so with nothing to lose, I decided to stop by.From the moment I walked in, Rafael made a difference. He greeted me personally, introduced himself, and shared that he has been serving customers at that location for more than 20 years. What stood out immediately was his genuine pride in his and his employee’s work and commitment to doing right by every customer. He listened patiently as I explained my disappointing experiences with several well-known collision shops around town. Instead of dismissing the problem or making me feel like my vehicle was not worth the effort, Rafael carefully assessed the situation, clearly explained what needed to be done, and gave me practical options and honest estimates. Most importantly, he gave me something the other shops had not: hope. He assured me that the work could be done.I dropped off my vehicle the next morning, and Rafael completed the job in less than two weeks. Not only did he deliver excellent results, but he also went above and beyond by taking care of additional work needed, not related to the accident. His price was less than half of what other shops had quoted me, yet the quality exceeded my expectations.I am incredibly grateful to Rafael for restoring not only my vehicle, but also my confidence after so many disappointing experiences elsewhere. Best Collision Services truly earned my five-star review. I will absolutely bring my other vehicles here and recommend Rafael to anyone who needs trustworthy, skilled, and compassionate collision repair services.
