We purchased a home which had a bad crawlspace situation. While it wasn’t cheap to remediate, it’s now cleaner than inside of my home. The crew was respectful, fast and cleaned up after themselves. It took 4 days with 3 people working but the end result is well worth it.These folks know what they’re doing!

Dennis has done two projects for us now. He came highly recommended from my very well-researched neighbor, after she had had a previous job fouled up and Dennis came to her rescue. I get all my recommendations from her since I'm not that good of a researcher. Dennis and his crew cleaned up my disgusting crawlspace, mice snakes, mold, giant holes in the ducts- who knew? Sealed everything, humidifier with app, drains etc- Then 2 years later when my wall started to split in the corner, frighteningly, I called Dennis and he showed me how the house wasn't properly braced- they came in and handled that foundation project too! I always know that Dennis will give me the scientific reasons behind what he does, he's got years and years of experience, and is completely trustworthy. We couldn't be happier.

We had a mold "explosion" in our 80+ year old home's basement during a recent rainy season. The professionals from HHR came out, designed a long term solution, and fixed our problems with a basement encapsulation and humidity controls. Dennis designed a great solution and his installation team was terrific. Everything was on-time, the team, led by Denis, was professional, friendly, polite, and worked hard to solve the issues and make us happy. One of the main reasons we liked them is they are more interested in air quality and resolving those issues than adding on other services. After completion it was all great. I can’t say enough good things about Healthy Home Restoration. From the moment they started the mold remediation in my crawlspace, I noticed an immediate difference—the musty smell disappeared, and my irritated sinuses finally settled down. The humidity in my home is now at a normal level, and I can breathe again. I've had sinus issues for the last 20 years including a surgery, so this is a big deal for me.Dennis and his team were absolutely amazing—professional, thorough, and incredibly responsive. Every time I mentioned something I wanted them to address, they had already taken care of it! Their attention to detail made the entire process stress-free.I can't say I'm exactly happy that water from Helene flooded my crawlspace, but it ended up being the thing that forced us to deal with the ongoing issues.They were also the best deal, including 2 extra items that others didn't even include in their estimates for the same cost: 1) sealing up the below-grade foundation vents with concrete and 2) adding ventilation pipe under the new vapor barrier with a radon pump to circulate air underneath.If you’ve got crawlspace problems, I highly recommend Healthy Home Restoration!

I cannot stress enough the workmanship, professionalism and overall satisfaction of Dennis and his crew. Lupa was the lead and was super transparent about their progress throughout the project as well as timeliness. It looked like a dungeon prior to them arriving and now it’s a bragging point.

HHR was fantastic. We had issues with bowing/leaning basement walls, and water leaking into the basement. Dennis was able to provide a more effective solution that both stabilized the walls and dealt with the underlying water management issues. All this, they did at a better price than anyone else we spoke to. The work was completed quickly and effectively! I highly recommend working with HHR!
